“Excellent job from the time of quoting to completion. I was kept informed of all matters as they arose and the coordination of tradesmen and supplies was very good so there were no delays . My job was realigning a high brick fence and involved removing part of the existing fence and rebuilding to engineering drawings. I'm very happy with the result and with the whole team involved. I would certainly use them for any future projects and highly recommend the firm”

“Have used Summerwood Homes because they were referred to me from a friend who had used them. We have had them complete our whole house renovation. We completed this in stages as we were sceptical as we have heard all the stories about different builders disappearing and doing dodgy work. After they completed the first stage we were more than happy to have them complete the rest of the house. There professionalism and skilled work was excellent and we had nothing but help when we had variations. They also helped us make some better decisions than the ones we were going to make which was fantastic. Quality was great and cost was great, really felt we received value for our money”

“I was struggling to find a carpenter to come out and quote my Job for an alfresco extension. I did receive a few quotes which I believed to be way over priced and i found it very difficult to talk to the other companies around what i wanted. I called Zarcon and spoke with Johnny who was very professional and committed to a date and time. The difference to me was Johnny listened and educated me giving me different options for what i was after Johnny showed up on time and gave me a quote which was very reasonable and i accepted Going forward Johnny kept the communication lines open and his work speaks for itself The work Zarcon did is of the highest quality and i could not be happier Thanks you Zarcon and Johnny for the professionalism, honesty and attention to detail I will be recommending you to all family and friends One word - Amazing”

“I have employed the services of BG Construction on two occasions, firstly for the construction of my very first home in Glenroy in 2009 and more recently on a renovation in Strathmore. I have found all representatives of BG Construction to be extremely professional, transparent and most certainly reliable. No job is too hard and no variation is refused, their standards are unwavering as was evidenced in the recent sale of my first home almost 10 yrs after fact purchased by another builder on the account of its build quality, attention to detail and timeless style. The managing director in Brendan continues to be a valuable resource as I also asked if he would attend a series of open for inspections with me and my family which he obliged and provided amazing insights in turn contributing to our decision and purchase of our most recent family home. We have utilised BG Constructions Carpentry services for the creation of a laundry and some new built in robes which again were constructed to the highest of standards and more importantly done without delay and on time. He's willingness to provide these types of services well and truly beyond the typical remit of a builder sets him apart from his peers. For as long as Brendan and BG Construction remain in business they can be assured that they'll always have my business and therefore I encourage others to do the same and give BG Constructions a go!”
