All my concerns were addressed appropriately and all deadlines were met. We have built a home before but this was an excellent experience compared to first home building experience. “We completed a large remodeling project with Highland Builders, and we truly have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Highland was consistently on time, on budget,and full of great ideas and solutions from the beginning design phase all the way through the construction process. On many occasions they went above and beyond our expectations, being 'on call' for many months and always coming through immediately in any situation. All of their subcontractors were excellent; their professionalism and quality of work were outstanding, and they became like family for the many months they worked in our home. “We are in the final phases of building a new home with Hillcrest Builders. Our experience with this company has been amazing! Oyvind Solvang (Owner) is very involved with the home building process. He met with us many times going through our plans and options. He was accommodating, yet realistic with what we could afford. We felt comfortable and at ease with the open line of communication they provided. Everyone on their team has been helpful and kind. Jim Kelly our project manager keeps us informed of progress and what we can expect to see during construction. He is very attentive and always responds to calls or emails the same day. The entire team at Hillcrest has really impressed us and we highly recommend anyone who is interested in building a new home to consider them!! Kelly & Bob Schmidt”

“Tony and his firm were very professional in all our dealings with him. They did a major kitchen remodeling project which included removal of the old kitchen and moving walls and installation of new cabinets and flooring. His crew was excellent to deal with and kept us informed on the progress. The workmanship was excellent and they completed the project on schedule and on budget . We would definitely hire them again for our next project.”

“We were looking for a contractor to finish our basement. Virtue Homes was highly recommended to us by others in our neighborhood. Gerald was easy to work with from the start and provided the budget and timeline detail we were looking for. His crew was open to changes that we made mid-project and they let us know immediately if any of the work exceeded the original budget. What we liked most about Virtue Homes is that they paid attention to the details we had in the other areas of our house and extended that into the basement. Now, the lower level space is an extension of our house and not just "the basement". At the end of the project, the inspector came through and said, "This basement is very well done". We would highly recommend Virtue Homes due their organization, attention to detail, prompt communication throughout the entire building process and their transparency with the budget vs. actual expenses.”

“Rucon Construction did a full remodel of our house, as well as all the finish work on our cottage, and we couldn't be happier! Having Cindy assist me in picking everything out was SO helpful as she not only is very gifted in interior design, but also is knowledgeable about the quality level of products, and she made it fun! All deadlines were met, which was so critical to us as we were living in my father-in-law's house while our home was under construction, and with the cottage, we just were anxious to be able to enjoy it for part of that summer! All of the subcontractors were very professional and did quality work. The entire staff at Rucon was always willing to answer any questions we had, and it was very clear to us that they are a business of high integrity. I would recommend Rucon Construction to anyone and would definitely hire them again!”

“I hired Nate to build a deck for our home. He did a fabulous job. He was so helpful in the design process and gave us many great ideas. The quality of his work is truly top notch. He also was hired to replace all of our windows and remodel our powder room. I have complete faith in Nate's skills and his integrity of putting our needs first and not suggesting things so that he can make more money. I also asked him for recommendations of other professionals for work we needed, and those professionals were also 5 star quality. Our neighbor was so impressed with our deck that he hired Nate as well. I would recommend Nate Altheimer with the highest confidence.”
