One of them he had built and we bought it after it was completed and the other we built from scratch with Matt. I know on both houses Matt would stand behind any issues we would have but the good news is that in 6 years we have had no issues. The second house had a lot of unusual design issues to deal with and Matt was able to easily work through all of them. From the rough construction to the detailed finish work, we found the MCB craftsmen to be highly skilled and able to handle the complex design work flawlessly.
