“Clauss construction put an addition on each side of our lake house. On one side a sun porch with two walk in closets and a basement beneath. On the other side a garage and office on the middle level with a game room above, and a laundry room with a half bath below. New windows were added in the main house to connect the areas. We were given wonderful designs ideas, the workmen where very cooperative and treated it as they would their own house. The worksite was always clean at the end of the day so we were comfortable living through the construction. We have recommended the company and would be more than glad to do so again. We have felt comfortable calling on them when there have been other work to be done.”

“I worked with David, the owner, on an extensive and complicated addition to my house. It's been through several owners with previous work done. What is priceless about David was that he remained present and extremely accessible throughout the progress of the project. From coming to the store to pick out materials (and passing on his contractor discount), to layout ideas, and most importantly, how he provided solutions to unforeseen hiccups in the project due to architectural mistakes. My family and I deeply appreciated his dedication to his clients and the success of the project. He truly enjoys his line of work, and he accepts nothing less than perfection from his staff. We are loving the new space, and wouldn't hesitate to use JDDM for our future projects.”

“Mr. John Ambrosi heads this small construction company. He is completing a complete bathroom and kitchen remodeling project for us. While there have been many unanticipated problems during this project, Mr Ambrosi and his very professional crew and subcontractors have handled each one superbly and courteously. Workmanship is always excellent. He promptly keeps us informed of progress, delays, and problems. We are most impressed with his handling of potentially difficult personality conflicts: they never arose and he was always courteous. Ambrosi is not the lowest-price contractor and does not claim to be. This project involves interior reconstruction, tilework, plumbing, cabinetry, electrical work, chimney repair, furnace replacement, tree and brush removal, exterior electrical work, and other activities. Of course, we would hire Ambrosi Construction for future projects.”
