“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. “We are absolutely delighted with our new home. Working on line with the designer to design the layout of our home worked very well. She offered very practical ideas we had not thought of. It was easy and convenient to go to one large design center to pick out all the various fixtures, flooring, granite etc for our home. There were so many choices and a consultant to advise us. Once the house was started the builder and site manager we very good at communicating with us. Questions by text or phone were answered promptly. We always felt we knew exactly what was happening and notified of any delays. In spite of weather delays and supplier problems at times, the house was completed in the time frame set from the beginning. The coordination of so many contractors was handled very well. We could not have been any happier with the whole process.”

“We enjoyed working with Lemburg House to build a home for our family. They are hard working, honest, and dependable. They also only hire honest and dependable subcontractors. Whenever we visited the homesite to see progress or look at particular items, the subcontractors were always respectful and courteous. After listening to my neighbor's construction workers while I was outside watering plants (and hearing horrible language and very loud music), I realized how valuable this was and it made me appreciate who we picked as a builder even more! My husband designs homes as a living and he is very particular, so it was important to me to work with a builder who is as particular as he is and willing to work with his Type A Personality. We found the perfect match with Ben and Kyle. They are easy to work with and quick to respond. “We went to this house because it won "Best of Tour" on our local tour of homes. We were so impressed with this house once we saw it! It has beautiful travertine and wood floors throughout, a huge fireplace and amazing outdoor kitchen just to name a few features. We were also really impressed with the builder himself. He was very knowledgeable about every product that went in to the house, and was excited to tell us about the opportunities for green building and alternative energies. The homeowners themselves came out just to brag about how great he was to work with. When we build we'll definitely use this builder.”
