“We hired this company in 1991 to custom build our 3200 square foot home. This is a family owned business and at that time was owned and operated by Mike Ritzman's mom and dad. They were terrific. They were on time, they were pleasant and they even returned some of our money. In the ensuing years I have had them remodel a rental property I have, plus a $30,000 repair when a large tree fell onto the roof. A couple of years ago I had them build a custom garage of about 1550 feet. This is the $50,000 - $100,000 listed in this review. Once again they did it on time and on budget. I wouldn't go anywhere else for work, whether new construction or a remodel.”

“Bruce and his team are professional, trustworthy, and do high-quality work. They take pride in their work and it shows. We hired them for roof replacement, attic insulation, and skylight installation. Bruce took the time to talk us through different options and their costs and helped us choose the right option for our house. Bruce’s communication is excellent (texts, emails, in-person - as the situation and customer requires). We are very happy with their work and would recommend them.”

“Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“We hired Jeff to be our contractor on a house and landscape remodel project. The work we had done required extensive planning from needing a new hydrant put in to an outdoor seating area in a completely rejuvenated backyard. The people who worked directly with him and the subcontractors he recommended were all polite and pretty timely; except for some delay from the city/county. The bulk of the project was to reduce yard maintenance (lawn cutting) while providing an extensive outdoor seating and entertainment area that could be utilized year-round. Inclusive to that was over a 1000sq feet of flagstone pavers, outdoor glass roofed deck now accessible from 3 large French doors. I'd recommend, and already have recommended, Jeff and many of his subcontractors to friends and neighbors to help improve their homes and personal projects.”

“My wife and I have had the pleasure of using Chris Town to complete a major, down to studs, remodel ten years ago as well as reconstruction after a large dishwasher water leak requiring us to move out for 5 months. His various sub-contractors have produced high quality results. In addition to his attention to detail, he has been easy to contact and responsive to our concerns. In both cases, we've been very pleased with the final results. It's so nice to have inspectors and friends comment on the quality of his work.”
