“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

They listened to what we wanted as far as design and functionality, threw in some knowledgable ideas as well, and kept on time and budget that they quoted. “This firm did some remodeling and building for us. We had a moisture intrusion issue that required replacing all of our stucko with cement siding and stone work, some structural repairs, replacement of all windows and interior trim for windows and patio doors. After a hail storm they reroofed. We also did a bathroom remodel - replacing one with two 3/4 baths.We built an out building that matched the design of our home to the satisfaction of the local association in an upscale neighborhood. We were very happy with all of the work.”
