He took the time to listen to what was important to us and was very knowledgeable about what materials to use, the costs, and the expert sub-contractors to get the job done right.
Everyone we worked with from KRM Development, including their sub-contractors and suppliers were people of integrity. We were so pleased with the excellent craftsmanship that was put into every detail. Brandon, our foreman led the project with a high level of knowledge, experience and professionalism and he demanded perfection in the quality of work that was done. They all went above and beyond to create a beautiful home from top to bottom.
We relied heavily on our project manager Audrey who was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the design details of our home. Accurate Development

“I purchased my 2nd Accurate Development home just 2 years ago. I looked at other homes and other builders but didn't see the same quality and attention to detail in their homes that I had in mine. I needed a larger home or I would have stayed in my original Accurate home. The quality was impressive. I received compliments each time someone new visited my home. I moved into my first Accurate Development home in 2003 and my second in 2014 and I couldn't be a happier homeowner.
When I purchased my second home, I had an extremely tight deadline. I made all of my decisions timely and at every step asked if we were going to meet the deadline. The promise was made and delivered upon without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Everyone that worked on the house was friendly and answered my questions. I was there during every phase of the house being built and never felt uncomfortable with any of the workers and there was always a project manager nearby.
The after-sale warranty is second to none and isn't just words on a sheet of paper, it represents the company's reputation and is taken seriously regardless of how small the issue may seem. I know this as I am a perfectionist and expect high quality, accuracy and there isn't a flaw or repair that misses my scrutiny.
The owner of Accurate Development, Kevin Johnson, is very accessible and each house carries his "fingerprint" - is hallmark of quality.
I love the sense of community built by Accurate Development and carried on by its home buyers. When I sold my first home and looked for another, it finally came down to not being able to give up the quality and workmanship but just as much to the neighborhood. I knew I would never find a more caring, watchful neighborhood than an Accurate Development neighborhood. And that was the final "pro" on my list of Pros and Cons that helped me to decide that I had to be in an Accurate Development. I wouldn't be happy anywhere else.”
