“Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

His attention to detail is second to none. My home turned out better than I could have imagined. I won’t hesitate to use him again when the time comes to do it again. “John was our design/build contractor for our remodel. We have a 1937 cottage and were looking to keep the integrity of the cottage feel in our remodel. The remodel included a kitchen and bathroom overhaul, new roof, new foundation, spray foam insulation in the attic, walls, and under the house; laundry, and family room addition. John patiently worked with us for two years before we settled on a plan forward. John has a good eye for detail and is very flexible. Photos from the remodel are posted on Houzz. I recommend John to anyone who has a challenging remodel, needs flexibility and an eye to detail, and desires sensitivity to the integrity of the history of their home.”

He is trust worthy. When he tells you what is going to get done he does everything he can to get it done in time and if he can't, he tells you. No bull. The quality of work has been excellent. “My wife and I hired Parker Kane Custom Homes in late summer 2013 to do an outdoor living area along with some interior redesign. We found them through a recommendation from our architect. Everybody at Parker Kane was very professional, hard working, and friendly! Before we started the project I gave Parker Kane a hard deadline to be finished before my wife's surprise birthday party. They finished the project on time and it was beautifully done! We were so happy with Parker Kane we hired them to do a total remodel of our kitchen the following summer. Again I put a hard deadline on the finish for a party we were hosting with close friends. Again Parker Kane came through for us and the kitchen turned out awesome! I have recommended Parker Kane Custom homes to some friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants a fantastic build on their new home or remodel.”

“We hired Paul Allen Homes to build our house in 2011. We were extremely satisfied with not only the quality of the workmanship but the way Paul, Coy and Siliva treated us during the entire process. Building a home in a different city then the one you are currently living in can be a very stressful process. Everyone at Paul Allen Homes was extremely easy to work with, very communicative and responsive to our needs. The system they use to keep the clients updated on the progress of the build was very user friendly and helpful. They were able to upload pictures for us to see since we were not able to visit the building site on a weekly basis. We have now lived in our home for a little over 2 years and would hire Paul Allen to build another home for us without a second thought. The quality of the products used and the craftsmanship continue to impress us everyday.”
