“We purchased a home built by Martin Combs in North Liberty and we love it. It has a very efficient layout and it's not a "cookie cutter" type of house. We also appreciate that they used quality products to build the home. You can tell they care about their work. And after the purchase we had their direct number in case anything came up, which unfortunately something did: the city forgot to remove the cap on the sewage line. Martin Combs was not at fault but they still took care of everything and worked with the city to get it corrected. I highly recommend these guys!”
