The key takeaway form this phase was that we had an accurate budget and schedule before we ever signed a Construction Contract! Once the renovation began, it didn't matter who we had helping us. Whether it was our Project Manager Jake or the rest of the team that came to help when needed. They were all so attentive to our concerns and questions. The level of communication by the Alair team is unmatched! Their trade team are all so gracious and kind, but most important have the quality of work to back up all those qualities. I could go on and on about how great our experience was, it was not without it's issues like all renovations or builds, but it was never a worry with the Alair Team as they always had a great solution to every problem. It was a truly amazing experience and redefined our expectations of what a renovation should feel like.
