“Integrity is the single word that sums up this business. Perfectionism is the only negative that I come up with - attention to detail. They built our home from plans that I drew up - had them converted to professional documents, permitted, engineered and completed with the utmost professionalism. I asked how they handled the punch list during the contract negotiations - "What punch list?!!" was the response. They were right - there wasn't one. 10 years later I'm still waiting for my first nail pop. Lifetime service - the slightest issue is taken care of immediately and with a smile. After5 years - they replaced my water heaters - said they were still on warranty.
Can't say enough about the quality of the construction. Len Stevens made our dream a reality. We had previously built 8 homes from the ground up in various locations around the United States. I have had experience with many tradesmen and builders. This company is one that I would choose again if I ever down-size or rebuild in the area.

Lake front Tuscan estate with custom stucco interior and exterior inspired by, and reflecting, Tuscan feel, .89 acre cul-de-sac, flag lot for total privacy. All appointments are top-of-the-line. Imported tumbled marble and cherry flooring throughout, 3 master suites plus .5 bath and outdoor shower, gourmet kitchen, 2 outdoor kitchens with slab granite and teak cabinets, private dock for 3 boats is on no-wake-zone. Climate control winecellar, private gym, 4 car garage including private shop,gently sloping walkways and cart path lead to lakeside, 1300 sq. ft. loggia”
