“I had interviewed 10 contractors prior to hiring JAL construction. I was in an area that was hit hard with Super Storm Sandy and Jal Construction had just completed a home around the block from me. I asked the homeowner what his experience was and he had nothing but raving comments. I had two homes to complete because my mom was hard hit as well. So after my mom's architecture plans for her new home was complete I had John come over and give me an estimate. John was very fair in his estimate and the quality of his product was much better than the other contractors. For instance he used solid wood interior doors and Pella professional series where everyone else was using Anderson 100 series and hollow doors. John was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process constantly checking in to make sure everything was as we wanted. I also liked the fact that he would do one home at a time which made the process much quicker. I was so impressed by the quality and workmanship that I hired John and Jal Construction to do my house as well and I was equally impressed”

“The people at Gatehouse Partners are terrific. Our home was destroyed by super storm Sandy and we had to start new. Randy, Jose and their team of contractors got us back into our new home within 6 months of breaking ground. They communicated with us every step of the way and kept our costs under control. In that 6 months, there was never an idle day. Not only did they get the project done in a timely fashion, but the quality of construction is extraordinary. I get compliments every day on our new home and after living there for the past 2 years I can honestly say that there were no shortcuts. I highly recommend Gatehouse for anyone looking to build a high quality home.”

Subcontractors showed up on time and finished as planned. Dennis Pantani answered all of my questions and reacted to any changes or modifications needed. I felt Dennis knew exactly how to get the work done and that anything that came up would be solved to my satisfaction.”
