“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. I hired CKA Construction for the job and they exceeded my expectations in every category; it was one of the best decisions of my life. “Charlie, Mike and their team were great. From the design to completion they were available to us and met with us every step of the way. They go out of their way to not only answer calls but return them. My husband and I cannot say enough about how amazing our project turned out. I think that the end result was remarkable and we love it but Charlie and Mike are so professional and they go beyond the extra mile! That is what made our result so much better. There is not a 10 star rating so 5 works! You could not choose a better company for your building or remodeling needs. ( I will add photos soon, you'll have to see it to believe it)”

“At M&S International Investments, we were looking for an expert company to help us with designing and building 5 single homes. After careful research and background check, we decided to give this job to CAZ Construction. They worked on the homes from start to finish, from the designing and planning to getting city permits and finally constructing the homes as per our given specifications. Thanks to the team at CAZ Construction, we were able to complete the construction within time and handover the houses to the concerned people. Our budgeting constraints were also taken care of when designing and building the houses. In short, everything was given the due attention.
