The employees provided for the work on our kitchen each worked as if THEY owned the company, and treated my house as if it were their own home in the quality of their work and in the cleanliness of the place when they went home. Five PM was not necessarily quitting time, rather they went home when whatever project they were working on was completed. The sub-contractors were also top notch. They came when they were scheduled. And when on rare the occasions they were held up on another job and were going to be late or needed to reschedule, they called to let me know. Communication is a high value for me when working with contractors. I made that known up front, and they always respected it. Not only would I recommend this firm, I plan to hire them again this year!”

“I want to highly recommend Tim Dumont builders. We have completed five projects this year with Tim. Our largest project was a total kitchen remodel. Tim worked closely with me from start to finish on the project, making recommendations along the way based on his years of construction experience. He is very easy to work with, and very attentive to details. He is prompt, precise and wants to make certain that the customer is happy. He gave me many choices along the way, and is willing to answer any questions.
For this kitchen remodel, he was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was pleased with the results. He gave me advice regarding lighting options, and worked me through the process of decision making. I never felt like I was being pushed into choosing something that I didn't want or a more expensive option.
The quality of work is outstanding. Tim makes certain that the work area is defined and he cleans up every day. He lets you know his schedule in advance, and keeps to his schedule.
Tim made certain that the cabinet design and order was correct. He provided advice to me when making expensive decisions on my range hood. He is willing to answer any questions, no matter how basic they may be to the project.
Tim made a difference in this project, because of his experience and knowledge. We chose white subway tile for a back splash, and he went over the options of tile designs with me. Tim was willing to look at photos of what I wanted and give me suggestions based on my kitchen. He takes the time to make certain that the customer is happy.
It has been three weeks since project completion, and I am TOTALLY satisfied with this project. I look forward to working with Tim again on more remodeling projects.”
