“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge.
Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“I had my bathroom completely remodeled through ECO design PRO. Ori Sakal and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advises of Ori Sakal. Ori told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Ori had to fix them. Ori Sakal did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.”

“Racing Green is one of those rare general contractors in LA that you can COMPLETELY trust to do great work in a timely manner. I hired them to renovate my home in Toluca Lake (after a former contractor walked off the job). Racing Green came in and picked up where the other group quit. They were extremely professional and great to work with. Some of the projects they completed for me were flooring, drywall, lighting, underpinning, and plumbing. They did a great job on everything and for a reasonable price.
I am tremendously grateful for them coming in and saving the day. I have worked with them since and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend their services for any household renovation or construction projects you might need.”

Nick Talor came to the house every day to check in and communicated to us who would be coming every day. He has a first class crew who he has worked with for 20 years and they were true professionals and artists in every aspect of the job. Nick was attentive to every detail and provided great advice when it came to making a decision. The job was a complete rebuild of a garage into a living room with hardwood floor, fireplace, reclaimed wood accent wall,with separate storage area and eco friendly powder room, faux beams and accent lighting. We can't wait to do the rest of the house. We know we can rely on WC Builders for great workmanship, staying on budget and completing on deadline. It doesn't get better than this. We have heard many horror stories from friends about contractors, but our experience was great. Finally we met with Erez from Metro builders, the professional presentation and the experience, we felt so comfortable.
He build for us a 450 Sq ft gust house in the back yard, with full bath room, kitchen, bedroom and living room.
the all process was so smooth, the communications in between the workers was amazing.
The tile guys are professional artist, the kitchen looks so comfortable and the bathroom with handicap access.
We are so happy for everything he did and i'am sure we will see you guys again.
