A unique house resembling a French Norman fortress, nicknamed "The Castle on Paulin Blvd". The selling task had to be handled by a person sensitive to this special event. Having sold a few homes, I know the key ingredient to selling success is selecting the right person for the job. After talking to several agents Andee Post was chosen. Andee is a 19 year veteran in real estate; many years a top selling agent. Combined with Keller Williams accurate, penetrating marketing and Andee's confident, "roll up the sleeves to get the job done" attitude I felt we made the right choice. Armed with her keen marketing skills and right pricing we placed our home on the market. She meticulously tended to every detail of staging the initial open house. The result; Over 100 folks attended the opening! Wow! Within two weeks multiple offers were on the table! Now her savvy negotiating skills came into play, allowing my family to get an offer over our initial price! Andee navigated us through the closing of the property, a cumbersome possibly deal breaking chore, smoothly! And she wasn't finished!
