“Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with for the sale of my Westwood condo. I was referred through my Stanford network. The things that stood out the most about Bruno to me were his responsiveness / follow up and attention to detail (going above what is required of an agent). It was also important to me to engage an energetic and tech / social media savvy agent in today's competitive brokerage environment (which Bruno is). My condo ended up selling for approximately 10% above asking price after receiving 7 offers the week after the first Sunday open house. I attribute this to the following: great pricing and comparable sale strategy resulting from Bruno's team researching and knowing the real-time market (constantly changing); taking the time to really understand my HOA in order to be well equipped to answer any concerns (ability to communicate effectively / on the spot was key), and being the "one-stop" / affordable shop for all my interior staging needs (Bruno took the photos, created the electronic floor plan, sourced cosmetic contractors, etc.). “When i decided to sell our family home, I went directly to Kim Wells. Since I was in uncharted territory I needed someone to walk me through the process. Boy did she! She offered suggestions of things I could do to bring the best return. We worked hard to prep the house. Kim came over whenever she had a spare moment and even helped us paint! When we had done everything we could, in she came. With truckloads of everything from sofas and beds, to pillows and curtains, she transformed the house. My humble house became a showplace! She brought in a professional photographer to take pictures. I couldn't believe my eyes. The following weekend, together we launched a Mega-Open-House. Signs on every corner within a square mile, banners and signs on the lawn, snacks and drinks for the visitors. It was incredible. She also had a few private showings. And, within 10 days, and after several offers, our house sold... over asking price! We were thrilled, to say the least. She walked me through the paperwork, explaining everything in a language I could understand, and that was that. Perfectly painless.
