We were impressed and pleased with the integrity, scrupulous attention to detail, collaborative attitude and fine craftsmanship of Chuck and Peter Noone and their crew at The Village Builder. They organized a complete remodel of our main floor, adding 180 square feet, reconfiguring the kitchen, living room and bathroom and refurbishing the media room and office. We are extremely happy with the result and would hire them again.

The Village Builder has done 4 projects for me over the years. Two were decks, a bath remodel and a kitchen remodel. The jobs were accomplished on time and on budget. I really appreciated working with their crew. Skilled craftsmen who were personable and and responsive. Village Builder stands behind their work. When the Trex fascia on the deck failed after several years Trex would not accept responsibility. Village Builder made it right.

We used The Village Builder to do 2 additions and some remodeling of our ranch style house in 2011W. It was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor & crew in our many years of real estate rental, development and home remodeling. Everything was planned out beforehand. There were no hidden charges or fees and the work went exactly to schedule. The crew was top rate as was their attention to detail. I have used this company several times for various projects and have never had a problem. The workers are first rate and Chuck is a wealth of ideas and suggestions. Very importantly, if there is ever an issue, it is resolved quickly, patiently and respectfully. It is obvious they have great pride in their work.

We hired them to rebuild a deck and fence, replace the roof, and repair damage to the sun room roof support. Earlier we had hired them to repair water damage to a plaster wall in the family room.

Village Builder did a major remodel for us several years ago (stripped walls to studs, added insulation, new windows...). We were so impressed that we had them build us a new house (2 story, 2300 square feet) on a wooded hillside. They handled everything including grading (500 foot driveway), septic system, well connections. They worked with my designer and were flexible in changing the plans during the building process. They are very knowledgeable, suggested changes as we went along to make the house more livable. When we later had problems with a defective water pump, they were there to help us deal with the well contractor. I could not be more pleased.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Chuck and his crew on our remodel. Chuck made sure that every detail was thought through and to our satisfaction. He gave us a timeline and everything was on schedule. As things came up – as they always do – Chuck never failed us in taking care of the matter. Chuck and his crew were great to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Village Builder for any project, big or small. They are precise, conscientious,and trustworthy!

They designed and built a nifty (and a little complicated) bathroom/laundry remodel on our older home. Custom built cabinetry was elegant and unique. Very high quality work, but worth the price!

I was tasked with the selling of my father's 45 year old home. The Village Builders team helped me with finding most of the code or safety violations in the house. We found 9 items that needed repair and established a budget. The kitchen ceiling was ruined due to a recently leaking roof. (no mold was found), The team came up with a ceiling design that removed the drop ceiling and the old 8 foot florescent fixtures. The new design worked well with ceiling design in the rest of the house and raised the ceiling height. The workmanship and finish work was flawless. The new front porch and refinished front door enhanced look of the house. Since we were coming in well under budget with the original work, it was decided to replace the original torn and stained living room carpet with red oak hardwood flooring. The workmanship on that flooring was spectacular. It was done by some very talented craftsman. That floor turned out to be the highlight of the house. I was very impressed with the Village Builders team. They were very easy to work with and kept me informed as they found and fixed addition problems caused by age or bad original design. We would have come in under budget had I not decided to add the hardwood floor. Stan Kirk

The Village Builder replaced an old sliding glass door with a 3 beautiful 3 panel set that has one fixed pane and two doors that swing open. The shear size of the replacement panel door/window eliminated any though of doing it ourselves, so we contacted the Village Builder. They were great to work with, scheduling when it worked for us, and always prompt and on time. The end result is a beautifully trimmed, fully functional door that adds value to our home. Highly recommended.

We hired village builder to do a total remodel when we were new to the area. They guided us to showrooms and quality trades people. The job was completed on time and under budget.
