Flagship Remodeling

We have asked that they come and repair our shower that trickles intermittently. We have sent them videos, emails and phone calls, no response. The work is still under warranty as it has not been 30days. Their lack of communication and professional was evident even while the project was on ongoing. I would not recommend this contractor.

We have been in our home for 11 years. Because of the proximity to schools and parks, we have decided to stay here and make our home more functional. We started with adding built in cabinets and shelving in the office and bedroom. We contacted four different remodeling companies. We really liked Flagship's process the best and were impressed with their attentiveness. For the initial meeting, the contractor and carpenter visited our home. They listened to all of our ideas, took notes and measurements. Next, we received detailed drawings and an estimate. Very fairly priced. The carpenter, painter and electrician were professional, detailed oriented and worked in a timely manner. The contractor, Jason, was always checking in to make sure we were pleased with everything. Also, worth mentioning, we never felt like we were being pressured to spend more and upgrade on any of our choices. An exceptional company. Could not be more pleased. Looking forward to more projects with Flagship.

Contracted Flagship Remodeling after seeing an example of their work at a friend's home and talking with the home owner/friend. I had Flagship do a remodeling of the pantry in my townhome which ended up looking fantastic. The company provided quality, timely and cost effective service, and offered helpful and valuable input during the planning stages of the remodeled pantry as well. I would strongly recommend this contractor to prospects looking for this time of service.
