We needed a kitchen remodel and Avi with his team were awesome with completing this from start to finish! His crew of electricians, plumbers, and staff were nothing short of amazing, professional, and knowledgeable with their craft. Joyce was such a joy and pleasure to work with! We worked with Avi to remodel 2.5 bathrooms and a kitchen, and we are super happy with the end results. Avi and his team were very professional and responsible -- Gustavo, Felipe, and Luis were hard-working and treated out property with care. An example of Avi's expertise is helping us navigate a tricky situation with how to plan the kitchen around our need to use a downdraft in our island instead of a ceiling hood, and also how to layout a very narrow bathroom requiring a custom vanity -- his years of experience definitely come across in his guidance. He also has good design ideas (including lots of little details like pantry design, backsplash layout, and shower design) which made a big difference in the final product. Finally, Avi and his team took care to finish up every detail before calling the project complete. We are happy to say that we definitely recommend Avi and would work with Finesse again for future projects.

This was our second time using Finesse. First time was a complete bathroom remodel. This second project was much larger in scope- conversion of a 700 sq. ft unfinished space into a complete ADU, as well as rebuilding a roof deck. From the moment the project began (drafting plans) to the final walkthrough, we felt like we were in good hands. Avi, Eldad and their team are on top of everything, from the big vision to the smallest of details and are always available when questions come up. They are also very friendly and extremely pleasant to work with, especially Joyce and LJ in the office. The subcontractors are detail oriented and do high quality work. This project involved so many different phases- demo, framing, window installation all the way down to tile and paint- and the schedule flowed seamlessly from one phase to the next. No wasted weeks waiting for the next phase, everything was timed and executed on a tight schedule. Project was completed in the quoted timeframe and looks amazing! We are thrilled with the outcome. We will definitely use Finesse again for future projects- 100% recommend.

We initially hired them for a remodel and the experience was so positive, we then brought them on to add an office to our home. After finally deciding to remodel our decades old kitchen, we began our search for an honest, reputable kitchen remodeling company. After meeting with two other contractors we were referred by a good friend who highly recommended Finesse Remodeling and Consulting Inc. Even with our first meeting with Avi Ben Dov he explained each and every step and a projected cost and timeline. Joyce his assistant was amazing and very professional. She was always available whenever we had a question. The scheduling of each tradesman was spot on, they all arrived on time, were professional, respectful and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Avi always came to check on the job and at the beginning of the next phase. We had some unforeseen issues (old wiring and plumbing that needed upgrading) but Avi made sure we agreed with the cost before proceeding. We are very happy with our new kitchen so we decided to have additional work done throughout the house. We highly recommend Avi, Joyce and everyone at Finesse Remodeling! My wife and I were very blessed to have Avi, Joyce and the whole Finesse TEAM by our side when we decided to remodel almost our entire house which included 2 bathrooms, kitchen, exterior stucco/woodwork renovation, painting, door installations, and touch-up work (very extensive work). From planning, execution, surprises/challenges, budget and timeline management; Avi and Joyce were very supportive and fair throughout the process and took the time to explain things and delivered quality work every step of the way. Scheduling was flexible, communication effective, and if there was a disconnect, Avi was there to make sure we were aligned so the project proceeded with minimal delays. More importantly, me and my wife ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS and Avi and Joyce were always there to listen patiently and address the concerns in a positive and productive manner. When it comes to challenges and surprises, Avi took the time to explain the situation and presented flexible options so that the outcome was fair and satisfied our expectations. Aside from those soft skills, Luis and TEAM provided quality workmanship and suggestions that totally beautified our newly renovated spaces and were left with place we can now call "our HOME" not just a house. Avi's approach is always customer first and was very professional but personable and supportive. Joyce was also very instrumental in support whenever we had questions or needed scheduling adjustments. She would work with us to accommodate requests and questions we had if we needed help/support. Ours was an extensive condo renovation including a totally new kitchen, powder room, master bath and lighting. Never having tried anything like this we did not know where to begin. Enter Avi and his Finesse Remodeling team. From that first meeting on day one our fears were laid to rest and we gained the confidence to proceed on such a big project. We enjoyed clear communication and everything happened according to the schedule. From Joyce in the office, to the plumbing and electric crews, to Luis and his amazing tile setters, the process was a fun and enjoyable collaboration. The design, execution and build quality has exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend Finesse Remodeling and Consulting.

We had two bathrooms desperately in need of rennovation, and met with several contractors. We have had several pieces of building work done on our property in the past and are generally wary of contractors. We immediately felt that Avi was someone we could work with. He was very thorough in both understanding our intentions, and laying out the order of events and schedule. Because these bathrooms were old construction (mid-80's or earlier) Avi strongly recommended lead abatement inspection - which actually found only a small amount of tile with lead in it, but was worthwhile. We had very clear ideas about the retro design of the bathrooms, which Avi expressed some doubts about at first. He quickly came to understand that we had a clear vision, and then got on board enthusiastically with what we wanted to do. Demolition was very swift, and Avi's guys did a good job of sealing off the worksite to minimize dust spreading to other parts of the house. We wanted to move a couple of toilets and remove an old tub to replace it with a low-threshhold shower, and all of the replumbing and rewiring moved ahead very smoothly. Finesse did a terrific job of arranging the inspections so that we weren't waiting for days between parts of the project proceeding. The really impressive part of the work was the tiling. Avi's gang, headed up by the incomparable Luis, did a stellar job with an enormous amount of subway tiling. This did end up being a cost overrun, but absolutely worth it. The care and precision of Luis and his team was breathtaking. The plumbing and shower glass were subcontractors that Avi co-ordinated with, and we had some problems with the level of finish that the plumbing team made when installing the faucets and showers - however as soon as we expressed our disappointnent, Avi was on top of it and making sure that all of our notes were attended to, and all the errors were corrected. Throughout, Joyce in the Finesse office stayed on top of the schedule, and always texted us the upcoming events. Overall we cannot say enough good things about these guys. We always felt that our project was the most important thing to them, even though they had other jobs running at the same time. We never had communication problems, or difficulties in getting hold of Avi. I would recommend them without hesitation and would cartainly work with them again.

Avi and his team had wonderful communication and were always prompt. From start to finish our kitchen project went smoothly. Avi even helped with work around our family's busy schedule. We will definitely be hiring them for more projects.

Working with Avi and his team was such a pleasure, and we are thrilled with the end result. Our kitchen is beautiful. Every part of the process was effective and efficient. Avi worked with us on various layouts and design options, and provided plenty of recommendations. Every professional who came into our home did excellent work and was respectful of our space. And above all else, Avi did what he said he'd do, showed up when he said he would, and answered our many, many questions kindly and patiently. If you've ever worked with a contractor before, you know how unbelievably valuable those traits are. We will 100% be calling him for our next project, whenever that is!

Avi and his team remodeled our first home with my wife and we were both very happy with the final results. We remodeled our kitchen, flooring, and powder room all within our budget thanks to Avi and his willingness to make a deal. I went through a lot of contractors and Avi stood out because not only was he very respectful, but was keen on details. He would share his honest opinion and suggest alternatives that were much better in quality and price. At the end of the day, he really wants the customer to feel good and confident in the project. Now there were some bumps in the road during the project, but that was because of a different company not living up to the quality of work that Avi's team does and there was a few delays on shipment which caused deadline to be extended, but we were informed along the way so there was no surprises. Overall, if you are looking to not go way over your small or medium budget and looking for professional work on remodeling your home I would recommend just calling Avi. His opinion and vision of your new project could save you a lot of money and save you on making bad decisions. If you don't pick him, that's fine, just chatting with him is highly valved and don't cost you a dime.

Avi and his team were fabulous. At the beginning of the process, he was the only contractor that we had spoken to that even mentioned the abatement process and how it might affect us. He was personable and friendly and made sure our need to live in the house during renovation was addressed. He stopped by regularly and had chats with us making sure we were happy with the process. Avi made sure that we knew that something might not be the best idea but if we truly wanted it he would do it. We did the kitchen, the master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bathroom, all windows, all doors including the front and garage doors. It was a huge undertaking but what a transformation. We were first time home remodelers and they walked us through every aspect of the process. When the unexpected happened, they were up front and let us know. The construction team under Luis were fabulous. We would swear Luis was a magician, the kinds of things he could get done on the spot were amazing. Definitely a man of many skills. The crew were respectful and friendly. They made sure everything was clean and livable at the end of each day. Also Joyce, the office coordinator, was awesome and we had a text thread going with her and Avi the whole time. All the permits were obtained in the proper manner and everything was done according to safety regulations. We are thrilled with all of our new home and highly recommend Finesse Remodeling and Consulting for all your interior remodeling needs.
