Ron Crick from TCT&A Industries was very helpful in working with me to select and measure a 12 foot awning for our newly completed patio deck. He was very professional, took minimal time out of my schedule, and would ask needed questions to get the job completed accurately with a quote. He was always polite and very accommodating but went to the extra steps to recover a very large 12 foot cantilever umbrella, which I owned and the material was damaged. We covered it with a 31 foot awning, Markilux material to match my awning... it turned out lovely! When the umbrella was installed on the stand, which had been used only 4-5 times, the cord inside the frame broke and the umbrella would not go up and down. Ron contacted the company I had purchased the umbrella and stand, and got the proper replacement parts and cording to have my professional workmen repair it and it now works great! Ron went the extra step when I told him the stand was not working and I had no way to know what parts were needed, Ron called me back the same day and said the parts were ordered, would arrive in my city where I could pick them up in a few days.Ron certainly MADE MY LIFE EASIER and I am now enjoying a fabulous deck and umbrella!! We hired this company to replace the canvas on our 19 year old existing awnings from them and also buy a new one. Everything from the salesman, to the workers, to the date deadlines, etc. was excellent. We enjoy doing business with a company like this, would recommend them highly, and will continue doing business with them when we have future needs that they can help us with.
