We worked with Jake on the design process for our 800 sq ft terrace. It was a raw space and Jake was able to take our limited vision and design a beautiful outdoor space for our family that included planters, an outdoor fireplace and TV. The process seamlessly transitioned to the construction phase and we were very pleased with the quality of work and timing. These guys are great. Very happy with the experience.

We used Chicago Roof Deck and Garden, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They transformed our rooftop to a fabulous outdoor entertainment space. Their quality and craftsmanship are first-rate, and their customer service is exceptional. Every time my husband or I had a question or concern, they immediately got back to us. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Vanessa; she made all of our wishes become a reality, all while staying on budget.
The timing of the build-out was as expected. I was amazed at how quickly things progressed; we were able to begin enjoying the space relatively quickly.

I used Chicago Roof Deck and Garden to build my rooftop deck on my new Chicago place. They were wonderful to work with. Going in I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for and they gave me many options to choose from. The design process was great and they walked me through the whole process. They coordinated well with the AV guys and whomever else needed to be there. I now have a wonderful deck with TV, fridge, kegerator, grill, etc all wonderfully built in and looking good. The end result was beautiful and has made it a pleasure to be up on the roof this summer.

We could not be happier with our experience and level of service from CRD&G. They were professional, friendly, insightful and on budget. We had no experience with a project like this and CRD&G made the process painless. The design process was a great way to visualize the end product and having a designer with experience helped us create features that we would never have even thought of. Would very highly recommend.

Our company absolutely loves working with Chicago Roof Deck & Garden. I believe we have worked with every designer and all of them are top-notch. They have managed to work our decorative panels into several designs in very fresh and unique ways. We've visited the warehouse and have been very impressed with their organization and project management right down to the details. I'm posting a few photos from a variety of projects. Chicago Roof Deck & Garden did a wonderful job on our deck. Our designer Kassie was really easy to work with and very responsive. She was also very patient with our questions and our sometimes slow decision making.
As far as the work is concerned, it was done quickly and professionally. (It was spring time in Chicago, so there were some understandable weather delays.) They added a pergola, outdoor kitchen, an island, a fire pit, and a separate bar area. The craftsmanship is high quality and so are the materials. The sink, refrigerator, grill, and fire pit all look great and work even better.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Chicago Roof Deck & Garden and would recommend them.

Chicago Roof built a beautiful, functional, high quality veranda, custom firepit and kitchen on our rooftop deck within the proposed budget.
