The construction team, David, Jeff and his crew were very professional. They did an amazing job with the stones around our new patio. Jeff has a reliable sense of design that we did appreciate. I would still mention that the delay between the signature of the contract and the actual construction was very long (2 months) and not well justified. The work was supposed to be done in the end of July, and was completed in the beginning of September after we insisted for them to come. Overall, our back yard looks stunning, but I would have liked to know before signing the contract that the work would have be done late summer.

We had greentree landscape our backyard and are very happy with the results. Jessi helped us with the patio design and the rocks we wanted around the back and sides. Kabil was the site foreman and he and his crew worked tirelessly to get the job done. Kabil was so great and always took time to answer all our questions and also had no problem accommodating our small changes. Five stars for kabil and crew. Mike&sandy devarennes.

Work is shoddy to say the least and when you complain the owner has every excuse not to repair work covered under warranty. When we pointed this out, we were told that he was not not going to fix the work because of the review we posted. Buyer beware!

I Love this company. Very professional and they know what they’re doing. I had my entire yard gutted and re-done. The crew was totally amazing and extremely accommodating. After the Sod was laid they noticed the mailman was walking on the new Sod they came over to my home and put up barriers. The stone feature and stone boarders they created were exactly what I wanted. The initial stone that came to the house was not what I envisioned, and they had absolutely no problem changing it immediately. Jesse Schnell designed exactly what my imagination conjured up and Avery assisted me with the selection of Trees and Shrubs making sure that what I ordered was appropriate for our cold climate. Nic Viksich ensured the design was carried out to perfection and even called me to make sure I was watering my new grass. Kabil and his crew were absolutely the hardest working crew I have ever watched. The weather was cold, snowing, raining and they pushed through. I got tired just watching. They made sure the whole area was cleaned up everyday. They were very attentive and friendly, a pleasure to get to know. Their attention to the details and finishing are second to none. Dealing with this company makes you feel almost like family. I would recommend and use them again and again. Nice work Guys!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. I cannot recommend hiring this company. I had extensive landscaping and my deck rebuilt on my acreage and landscaping and concrete work done at my previous company in Acheson. Initially all went well and I was happy with Gord. When the problems started he told me I had unpaid invoices outstanding, and the repair work couldn’t be carried out until I paid outstanding money. This is utter nonsense as I paid my bill in full. I wish I hadn’t. Good luck in getting any guarantee work done. I have had to rectify bad workmanship and unfinished projects myself. No permits were pulled. No willingness to rectify any issues. Update: My deck which is only a couple of years old started leaking really badly. Got a contractor to redo it and when they demolished it we discovered two layers of plywood and they certainly didn’t use the tongue and groove method to apply. Really shoddy workmanship. Lesson learnt don’t use a landscaper to build a deck!!! Garden bed stone edge border. No cement or polymeric sand used. Greentree would not rectify.

I'll start off by saying the work that the installer did was excellent, we love the way our backyard works and would (and will) hire the installer back in a heartbeat. But buyer beware: 1. The only contact we had from the site manager was to send me a final bill. At no point was I asked how things were going and if I was satisfied with the work. 2. They highball the amount of material used and only changed it to actual material used on the final bill because I called them out on it. 3. There were material delays of several days, and what I could tell based on conversations with the installer it was due to incompetence, meaning our project took 3 times longer than necessary. 4. The contract they give you, make sure you have in writing what each section means or they will dispute if you challenge them. 5. They say the don't use subcontractors but that's what everyone who worked on my backyard was (they all had their own companies) 6. Question what their "Tool Package" is, they charged me ALOT for storing 3 shovels, 2 rakes, a tamper and cement mixer in my backyard. Worst of all these weren't Greentree's supplies they were owned and brought by the installer they subcontracted my job out to. 7. NEVER EVER let them put a "just in case we need to do it" into your contract. We did, and despite the fact that they didn't need to do the "just in case" they adjusted the wording on the final version and told us that they worded it wrong on our copy so we ended up having to pay for work they didn't do. 8. The material they have on the floor in their show room is misleading, it's not what it will look like in your yard, they put some type of lacquer on it so it looks darker and shinier. Overall very happy with our backyard only because the subcontractor did such an excellent job, but we would not recommend Greentree to anyone. If you decide to hire them please read the above and leverage the lessons we learned so your experience can be better than ours.

The Greentree design team were a great support in assisting us in the design of our project. Their construction team translated the design expertly in the field. Issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Project was completed on time and on budget ... A pleasure to work with this group of professionals ... A quality job by all involved !!! My home looks much better now - I’m glad I found greentree on FB and went with them to redo my fence and stairs. I recommend them to all my family, friends, and coworkers now! :)

My girlfrend and i moved to edmonton from windsor six months ago, the house we moved in to needed tons of landscaping done to it. We saw a booth for green tree at south gate so we called them for a quote. They told us it’d cost more than we wanted to spend but we called a bunch of other places and most cost more so we just went with green tree in the end. They did a good job on everything…our flower beds, heges, trees, side walk and porch look waaaay better. Will use them again in futre.

I hired Green Tree to install a water feature in my front yard. The feature itself looks great, but I found the experience kinda stressful because none of the landscapers spoke very good English....

I just wanted to mention that I am really happy with the Green Tree. The entire crew is doing a terrific job. Our exterior is looking great so far. Thank you!

Not only is Greentree recruiting landscapers from Europe (mainly France and Belgium from what I could gather), but also they’re recruiting people from Quebec as well. A large portion of Greentree’s staff are bilingual, and each crew of workers has a translator for those who do not speak strong English.
