I am a realtor and I am selling my home. Funny thing is that I can walk into a house and stage a client's home by decluttering and moving things around in the house to make it work. It was cathartic as well, getting rid of things I shouldve gotten rid of long ago. Ironic that I can tell my clients to let go of things yet I need a prod to get rid of my own. Took house that was "lived in" and made it beautiful, open, and inviting. What a transformation. Each room looked like it could be in a magazine. Was wonderful and fun to work with. Really nice people, down to earth, caring and professional. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Attention to details, colors, and making the rooms look their best for selling. Used just the right amount of furniture and accents to make buyers see the best features of each room. Even the placement of furniture and decorations was so well calculated to make the most of the space. My kids can't believe it's the same house. I was very concerned that the price might be too high. Now after Delia's transformation, maybe I'm not asking enough?! A truly interesting and delightful experience.
