Founded in June of 2011 and based in North Vancouver, BC, we Simplify Renovation & Design is a trusted renovation company. We help people live full lives in a simplified home environment that is right for them. Since 2011 our caring, client-focused approach to renovating has eased the minds and lightened the stress of renovating for many families. Depending on your wants and needs, we design, build and organize your space. Our experienced team can manage your job from start to finish- we specialize in bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, carpentry and drywall. We love this company! We Simplify did our kitchen renovation in our downtown loft and we could not be happier. They were on time and so efficient, and so knowledgeable. It only took them 2 days and they had everything done, it was such a wonderful surprise. As well, they have fantastic design ideas so we spoke to Frennie, the designer, we realized we could save so much space if we implemented her ideas. Now Nick and his crew are building a second loft section and moving the stairs in the upcoming months. We highly recommend We Simplify, they are professional and follow through on all their promises.

I hired nick and his team to do some work on a newly purchased condo. The team worked quickly and efficiently leaving the space looking better than brand new. They were able to recommend some immediate issues related to previous renovation efforts and helped to prioritize upgrades based on cost and urgency. Nick leveraged his network of contractors and suppliers to find us the best value throughout, coming in under budget with more work completed than initially discussed. Thank you We Simplify team for an honest, effiecient, professional and quality job.
