Dear potential customers, I struggled a bit with how to start with this review because there are so many ways to describe our positive experience working with EBK Group. From the start, Francisco, EBK CEO, paid intense attention to our taste, our budget, and how a renovation would work into the space of a small living room. I never thought that I would be in a position to have someone consult on design and detail as I thought that luxury was not something I could ever afford. Francisco and his team gave us the same respect and attention to detail that I know his high end commercial and residential clients can afford. He made us feel special and was relentlessly considerate and efficient in every way. In terms of budget, we came under budget and benefited from the professional service of the contractors who he recommended. I have many examples of how EBK Group helped us, but would like to point out a few highlights that exemplify the excellent service that we received. Francisco worked with us for hours during an initial consult to determine our style preference and taste to understand a concept of what works with our mutual vision. His guidance reformed the way in which we approached our remodel. He was interactive and helped us to established a picture board on Pinterest that he leveraged to mock up a few examples of layouts for our space. Following this, Francisco assisted us with everything from paint, color, and layout to furniture selection that fitted our taste and space impeccably. He was instrumental in helping us understand what pieces would fit our tastes within the context of a city apartment. What was above and beyond for us was his willingness to accompany us on multiple trips to pick out a rug, television and mounting brackets, blinds, and lighting. Francisco is tireless in the pursuit to make his customers as happy as possible and he even spent hours "on call" and in our home helping to ensure that everything was done properly and to our liking. Francisco transformed our home from an outdated style that didn't reflect our mutual tastes. He made our living room beautiful and we could not be happier. We were treated like high end clients and we always felt like our best interest from budget to design and implementation was at top of mind. I would HIGHLY recommend EBK Group to anyone wanting to revamp their living space no matter what the size. Before working with Francisco Torres and EBK, my house had a dated look and feel with zero wow factor. Francisco is a visionary and is supremely talented with excellent taste. Over the years, we have worked with several decorators in home design, but none have compared to Francisco Torres at EBK GROUP LLC. After our first meeting with Francisco, we knew that he was the decorator for us. He perfectly captured our vision for our home, tweaked it, and then enhanced it. Francisco's taste is impeccable. My husband and I initially asked Francisco Torres of EBK Group LTD to help us upgrade our bedroom. He was so good and did excellent work for us that we decided to have our entire apartment redecorated and upgraded. Francisco was very easy to work with. He was reliable and helped me stay within my budget. He gave me options with the vendors he recommended. He was very organized and detail oriented. His artistic and interior design skills are exceptional. He accommodated my preferences without compromising the integrity of his artistic vision and design for the project. My Husband and I were very, very pleased with Francisco's remodeled and design for our apartment. We love it so much that we will definitely hire him when we acquire our new home in the very near future.

Mr. Torres has meticulously planned, developed and completed numerous projects for our condominium over the past thirty years. He has given us professional advice, support and assistance in bringing these projects to completion within our budgets and time restraints. These projects included masonry work, patios, retaining walls, fencing, sidewalks and stoops plus vinyl siding renovations. Francisco's keen knowledge related to the proper materials, artistic blending, and on the job supervision brought all these projects valued at over $100,000 to fruition in an aesthetic and purposeful fashion. This gentleman is professional, honest and cares passionately about his work and clients.

Designed interiors for a $500,000 rebuilding of a million dollar home that was damaged in fire. Also managed bid process and contractors project throughout repair of foundation damage on the same home. Absolutely a home-run. Not only was the artistic expertise outstanding the general knowledge about such matters as foundation repair was amazing. Knows way more than the general contractors about contracting.
