We chose Boulder Builders after seeing them complete a similar addition on another home in our neighborhood. We were not only impressed by how great the addition looked, but how quickly they worked to complete it. We weren't disappointed going with them for our project. We added much needed additional space above our garage and living area. From the initial contact, the entire team was responsive to communication and quick to answer our endless questions. Despite delays with various supplies, their team worked efficiently to complete our addition and get us moved back into our home. We were also very grateful for their willingness to work with us on various things that needed addressed outside of the scope of the project. We highly recommend Boulder Builders for any renovation or building project.

I whole heartedly recommend Boulder Builders as an exceptional renovation contractor. This past summer they completed converting some under-utilized space in our house into a very attractive and efficient bedroom, bath, laundry enclosure, and mud room/closet. Additionally we reconverted another area back into a garage. As I had personally drawn all the plans and was obtaining the building permits, it was very helpful to get Sean and Kevin’s advice in navigating the process. I have high quality standards and in the past preferred doing renovation projects by himself. So, I was hesitant about hiring a contractor but knew this project would have taken me too long to do. My wife and I are very pleased with the work of Boulder Builders on our renovation. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the work was first rate. We also want to note that each of the sub-contractors used by Boulder were very professional, friendly, and courteous. Also meriting recognition is how Project Manager Sean Gregory kept us so well informed about work schedules and how helpful he was in resolving any issues that sometimes come up during a renovation. We had a fantastic experience working with Boulder Builders on our recent main floor/kitchen/and master bath remodel. We shopped around, and chose this company based on the straight-forward and helpful approach owner Kevin Gregory presented, the expected timeline, and the breadth of company's experience and access to subcontractors. We're glad we did. Remodeling during this pandemic time wasn't easy, but Kevin and our project manager, Sean Gregory, were there with us every step of the way. From providing us with their builders' discount when ordering materials to connections with a range of very talented professionals to offering sound design advice when asked, we felt well taken care of. It's a bit of a smaller shop than some of the other companies out there, and maybe a bit scrappier. We had to be pretty involved and take care of some things (getting materials, checking some work, lots of decisions) on our own. But it worked for us. And we knew we were in good hands, especially in working with Sean, who was our go-to person at every stage, providing weekly and often daily email updates, and always available for questions or feedback. Even when things didn't according to plan, Sean was on it, making sure any problems were taken care of quickly. Impressive. And the outcome is ... awesome. We couldn't be happier with our remodel. It's totally beautiful, and all around we can see the level of craftsmanship and talent that was involved. We'll definitely be calling on Boulder Builders for any future work!

We recently hired Boulder Builders to construct an addition consisting of a bedroom, workout room, and bathroom on top of our existing garage. I could not be happier with the process or the final product. The whole project was completed in less than 4 months as promised, and on budget. Early on in framing, we discovered that my architect had made a couple of serious errors in the plans, but BB was able to come up with a work-around with the structural engineer, and the framing crew didn't miss a beat. They have the kind of experience that makes these kind of things possible. They accommodated numerous change orders and many times made suggestions that made our whole house better. I am still getting comments from neighbors about the quality of the work performed. I highly recommend Boulder Builders for any and all home construction projects.

We utilized Boulder Builders for some significant interior remodel work. Supplied an architect to produce a good set of working drawings. Contract & scope of work was clear with itemized estimates for all matl/labor. Project mgr. was very professional and easy to work with. BB is well connected with very capable subs needed for electrical, plumbing, and custom carpentry, etc. you can't get yourself. Clean and tidy work site and trash removal. Boulder Builders gets my top rating.

We hired Boulder Builders to finish our basement, approximately 800 sq. ft. They did a great job! The crew was easy to work with, very respectful and reliable. The crew chief always kept us informed. We appreciated the weekly meetings with Kevin. We would definitely recommend Boulder Builders for home renovation projects, large and small!

I explained what we wanted and they were able to provide me with a detailed proposal of what was needed to get it done. They were also very honest and let us know what would and would not work.
