Settled works with clients to identify problem areas in a home in terms of aesthetics and functionality. We specialize in updating and modernizing outdated homes for new homeowners in the San Luis Obispo area. We recognize that when purchasing a new home, the first thing a homeowner does is identify all of the things they want to change about the space. We work with the client to go through all of their wants and to understand how they'd like to utilize the space. From full interior remodels, to kitchen and bath updates, to simply helping choose paint colors and furnishings, Settled is there for their clients from step one.
