Originally an artist, Naomi’s exceptional eye and design aesthetic, makes her one of the most interesting architectural designers in the industry. With a fine arts degree from the Moore College of Art, Naomi originally set off to New York to fulfill her dream of becoming a professional artist. However, while painting in her turn of the century loft in Williamsburg and living amongst the city beholding some of the country’s most astounding architectural triumphs, Naomi was soon inspired to take her artistic eye and turn her talent of painting on a canvas to creating and designing interior works of art. After receiving top tier knowledge serving apprenticeships to several extraordinarily talented and demanding designers, Naomi branched out and established her own design firm, NK A/D in Los Angeles, CA. With over 13 years of experience, Naomi has created exceptional homes, commercial multi-unit buildings and transformations of countless spaces for an impressive list of high-net individuals, families and celebrities such as Matthew McConnaughey and John Legend. From drawing up architectural plans and creating landscape designs, to designing interiors and custom pieces, Naomi is talented at every aspect of the project at hand. Her exceptional taste, attention to detail, rare imagination and impeccable eye for design, brings a highly creative multi-layered approach to each project, making them all true livable works of art unlike any other.
