“Joe came out and did an entire inspection of my house at no cost. He gave my wife and I specific advice on what we could do to give ourselves more space. Joe gave us absolutely no pressure about making the improvements that he discussed. As it turned out, we didn't make any changes, but Joe was very helpful, and when we do need to add to or change our house we will definitely talk to Joe again.”

“My experience with Audrey Sato was outstanding. She truly is a talented architect who has both great vision and is detail oriented; making the process of designing and constructing my fitness studio a fun and seamless one. I appreciated that she kept in constant contact with me, and was very hands on from design through construction. I felt comfortable asking questions and giving input, and am was very satisfied with the results. Pictures of the studio can be found on Facebook under 'The Dailey Method Calabasas'. Its a beautiful space. Clients of the studio rave about how beautiful, well lit, and comfortable the space is. And we owe it all to Audrey Sato Design Studio!”

“ReVe Partners/Lida Mahabadi redesigned a lounge within the parameters of an existing industrial retail space. Successfully transforming the space within program requirements while creating the desired upscale, inviting, and chic atmosphere sought. The lounge design incorporated use of particular materials and fixtures that creatively blended the industrial vibe with modern. It was an absolute pleasure working with said firm and would collaborate on future projects.”

“Greg Crawford has designed and construction managed two residential, and three commercial remodels for my husband and I since 2006. We like Greg for his imaginative design, thoughtful use of materials, meticulous attention to detail, efficient and unflappable management skills, and responsive followthrough. An example of Greg's thoroughness is he begins a project design by physically spending time both day and night studying the site's light and breeze patterns, the feel and flow of the space, and it's surrounding environment. This important step helps determine for example, window, skylight, and door placement that cannot be accomplished by relying solely on computer models. This extra attention to detail sets Greg apart and contributes to the success of his buildings, and to the ultimate comfort and enjoyment of it's occupants. Another huge plus working with Greg is his adroitness at navigating the murky waters of city bureaucracies. For example, in catching a city map error, Greg saved us weeks of time avoiding unnecessary and costly code requirements. It is a genuine pleasure to work with Greg, and to enjoy the quality results he provides.”

“Stephanie designed the remodel and addition plans for my family's new home. She is extremely personable and easy to work with. From day one, she made herself very accessible by email, phone, and in-person while demonstrating a very enthusiastic and strong commitment to our project. Our project had some frustrating zoning/green coding issues and Stephanie weaved through them deftly to provide a building plan that was creative, met all of our goals, and made LA city's building folks happy. Moreover, we had a tight time-frame based on resources that she did everything in her power to achieve. We have now been living in the remodeled/renovated home for more than a year and are so happy with how it turned out. It has the space and designed that we needed given our constraints. She truly helped design us a home. We cannot recommend Stephanie enough. We would gladly work with her again. .”

“We have loved working with Dean on two remodeling projects. Dean was great to work with because he brought his architectural talent and creativity to the table while also listening to our wants and needs -- and even though we were one of his smallest projects, Dean gave us his full attention, which we really appreciated. He did a beautiful job modernizing our mid-century modern home while also preserving its original character. He then turned what I fondly used to refer as "the shed" behind our house into a a great studio / gym.”
