Wonderful expereince working with Lynzi! We've recently purchase a new home and treated ourselves to a new dining table from Ethan Allen to accomodate our family especially throughout the holidays. We purchased a gorgeous dining room (full length with 2 leaves) table along with table top pad and two host arm chairs. We've received the table and pads a few days ago. Just in time for Christmas! Smooth delivery. They had a cancellation and were able to deliver ealier than expected that day, which was great because I got to move along with my day. Movers were very professional, punctual, attentive, personable and engaging. I know! With customer service at an all time low, this means a lot.They were accurate in assmbling the table and left me a very satisfied client. With over 20 years, working with other furniture retailers, we'd become increasingly disapointed with the selection and service in home furnishings. The peices we've discovered at Ethan Allen are not only beautiful but, timeless. Some stately and others styles comtemporary. What's more, is the quality. If you haven't, go check them out and see for yourself. The service is exceptional. Very professional. We love working with Lyzi! She is an expert in design and really saw our vison and continues to offer excellent customer care. With her keen eye, lazer focus and great style, we won't want to leave our home, due to it's extravagant flow and beauty. We've got a bit of Sq Footage to furnish and from our experience from the moment we stepped onto the gallery floor, hosted by Lynzi and once decided on our first major addition to this new property, we are confident that both Lynzi and Ethan Allen will be our go to as we complete each room's design. Over the years I have worked with many design professionals, especially at Ethan Allen, but Lynzi is in a class by herself--I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have not experienced another designer with whom I felt as comfortable and confident as I did working with Lynzi. Both her formal education and her inherent giftedness for design compliment her passion to match a project to her clients' personal tastes and visions. She is down-to-earth and listens intently to be able to offer the perfect selections for a project that is cohesive with existing decor and furnishings. Lynzi is the perfect combination of easy to work with and knowledgeable. She has helped us to complete both our dining room and our family room to our total satisfaction!

From the very start, Lynzi was comfortable, knowledgable, pleasant, and helpful. She showed my husband and I different furniture options in the store as we talked about our furniture needs. No pressure, just good information about options we hadn't considered. Lynzi always responded to emails quickly. She designed 2 living spaces for us after getting an understanding of our lifestyle. She really cares that the customer is getting a design and the furniture that will work best. She has a keen eye for color, style, size, and materials. She is excellent and i highly recommend her.

After exercising all due diligence, we ultimately chose Ethan Allen to furnish the staple pieces of our new home. Moving from an apartment to a home, selecting our new furniture was a bit overwhelming, but our experience at Ethan Allen made everything easy, and fun! During our initial visit to the showroom, Lynzi met us a few times to provide helpful information while we browsed. We spent the rest of the day visiting many other local stores but returned to Ethan Allen as we determined the cost, quality, and experience were exactly what we were looking for. We scheduled a consultation with designer, Lynzi. To help us better visualize our selections Lynzi prepared a beautiful presentation of design options that truly helped us make our final decisions. As we went through each piece (primary bedroom set, family room couch, and dining table and bench) Lynzi helped us go through the many customization choices for our materials and fabrics. Without her help, I probably would have went down a myriad of rabbit holes to find the right fabric style and color. :-) We appreciate the time and effort put into our personalized design service experience and highly recommend working with Lynzi at Ethan Allen!

Lynzi was very knowledgeable about fabrics and Ethan Allen’s different products/styles. She listened to what our life style was and made recommendations to match. She has a passion for what she does. It’s always great to connect with someone who enjoys what they do and can help you get what you want and need.

Lynzi Wise is a fine sales associate at Ethan Allen. She is knowledgeable about the different designs and color options for people’s homes. She adds a calming, creative atmosphere to shopping for new furniture, with the added touch of laughter and a fun attitude.

Lynzi helped our family decide on a new dining room table and chairs along with the Villa bookcases that Ethan Allen sells. As we live two hours away from Peoria, we first worked together on the phone; Lynzi was so thorough— sending me texts with pictures of different table tops, chair legs, and other things that helped me visualize how my dining room could look. In person, Lynzi had everything ready for us to look at! We were so pleased with the way she handled the whole sale.

Lynzi is a rockstar. She was very patient with us and suggested many ideas for our living room. She made sure all the concerns were addressed before suggesting the products. I really like her honest opinions. I would recommend her anyday!! Kudos to you Lynzi!! Keep up the awesome work!!

Lynzi helped me design the entire 1st floor of a home I purchased. She was a joy to work with, brainstorming on ideas, paint colors, carpet style, furniture pieces, always mindful of what I already had and what I liked, incorporating many family heirlooms, willing to make multiple trips to my home, always positive and full of energy. Hung my last picture last night...I love it, thank you Lynzi!

Lynzi was just the right person to help us, particularly my wife, with making selections for a matching furniture set in our living room. She was tireless in her effort, very pleasant to work with, and showed considerable knowledge of the wide, wide range of selections available.

Our family worked with Lynzi Hostetler at Ethan Allen in Peoria, Illinois. My husband and I contacted Lynzi, and our project for her was to assist my 2 sons and their wives in picking out a Christmas Gift from us. We decided instead of many small gifts, we would give them money towards a furniture purchased. Lynzi was great to work with and helped my oldest son and his wife pick out a beautiful dining room set, which will look great in their large kitchen/living room area. She then helped our other son and his wife pick out a new sofa and chairs for their living room, along with new paint colors. Both families are very excited about their choices and look forward to receiving them the week of Christmas. It was fun for us to have such a good time Christmas shopping with our kids, and knowing they will receive great gifts.
