I am a cabinetry designer who worked alongside AMP some years back on a project. They are a wonderfully collaborative team and were both a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Amanda and Robin did a truly amazing job renovating our condo. From the initial walk-through that generated tons of ideas, through the design phase, picking out fixtures, following up with the contractor, picking paint colors, etc. they were thorough, professional and meticulous. We tore down walls, moved the kitchen and managed to add an additional bedroom. While I was out of state for a large part of the process, they kept us informed with photos, texts and by phone and managed to keep the project on budget and on time...not an easy task! Robin and Amanda listened to input and incorporated our ideas but were not afraid to advocate for something else if they thought differently, all the time maintaining patience and a sense of humor. Finally, their help with staging was the icing on the cake. It's a WOW!

Both Robin and Amanda paid close attention to what my tastes were and spent time hunting down items that met that criteria. They are an absolute wiz on the internet which means you have the world to chose from not just the local area. This extension in options made a big difference in how my home as decorated. Additionally, I found their individual design sensibilities to be very good so I was frequently able to rely upon them to make choices for me that turned out very well. I give them the highest rating.

There was an immediate connection between us and this excellent team of designers. In only one meeting they listened closely enough to understand our general preferences and guide us through all the choices we needed to make with a tight timeline The project involved completely remodeling an existing house and they provided help on everything from recommending structural changes to furniture placement. This team quickly provided us with great options for flooring, lighting, furniture, painting and accessories. They were dependable in meeting commitments and very professional in their presentations. They also displayed amazing sensitivity to each of our likes and dislikes and provided choices that suited both of us. They were extremely clever at placing items that we already owned as well as finding classy accessories at great prices. They demonstrated a vast knowledge of resources either locally or on line in finding the right piece of furniture or an interesting piece of art. Our home is still a work- in -progress and we will continue to work with this exceptional designer team to make it just right.

Robin and Amanda are true professionals, each with her individual expertise. They both have significant technical knowledge in all aspects of interior design. They immediately visualized the focus of the design for our condo, which would center around our collection of art. They proceeded to guide my husband and me through our project, always considering our ideas while often providing wiser aesthetic choices. They utilized the furniture we owned and placed all our art and pottery to our great satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with the beautiful ambiance they helped us create.

My husband and I downsized and as a result needed to get rid of 90% of our furniture and accessories. We wanted an entirely different look in our new home. Robin and Amanda were able to deliver the most incredible suggestions and ideas to get the look we envisioned. They were able to understand what we were hoping to achieve and worked tirelessly to accomplish our goal. They brought samples and pictures and expertly guided us to make perfect choices. From paint colors, to art, to furniture, to rugs, to every little detail they helped select just the right items. I enjoyed every shopping trip and meeting we shared. I completely trusted them to find just the right item for the space at the price we could afford. They understood our budget and treated our money as if it were theirs. Their contacts with subcontractors was a bonus because every one who entered our home to do a job did it professionally and perfectly. I would be remiss if I did not include a statement or two about Amanda and Robin personally. What a team! We became friends easily and I found myself looking forward to each encounter with them. They are professional, talented, funny, entertaining, personable and enthusiastic. My husband and I are thrilled with what has been accomplished. As this project draws to a close, I find myself sad that our time together is almost over. It was a pleasure to work with Amanda and Robin. They are amazing!

We used Miller & More to remodel a new home purchase. They helped us convert a home that was originally decorated in a very heavy Mediterranean style into a much lighter style that fit our family. Their team was excellent in all cases! They worked seamlessly with our GC, made decor selections easy and worked exceptionally hard to ensure an amazing result. If we ever have a need for additional decorating services they will be our first and only call. My wife and I can not recommend them highly enough. They truly went above and beyond. We hired Amanda at the recommendation of our real estate agent. The home that we purchased was a bay-front foreclosure that had been sitting empty for almost 4 years. The original owners spared no expense using a very Italian Mediterranean design team to design and decorate the home, all the way to faux-gold ceilings throughout. Amanda and her partner, Robin, were able to transform this home into the light, airy, coastal home of our dreams. They were amazingly easy to work with and we are thrilled with everything that they did for us. I would (and have) recommend them with highest praise to anyone.

Amanda and Robin have provided, and continue to provide, excellent service. They gave input early starting with the design of our house, working closely with our contractor, architect and site supervisor. We soon came to rely on them to attend progress meetings with and without us. They listened carefully to our thoughts concerning furniture styles, color, etc. As a result we have a home that is comfortable and pleasing to us. We would not hesitate to use Robin and Amanda again on another project!

Amanda Patella is creative and very attentive to detail. She is amazing at searching for the perfect piece of furniture, art, and coloring to coordinate the over all design work. She creates an atmosphere that put the client as ease and helps the client develop their look. I have hired Amanda for my clients and for myself. She has great flexibility in working on staging a property to designing the interior from top to bottom. She tries the client's money as though it were her own. She shops for the perfect piece and then the perfect piece at the perfect best price. I highly recommend her and her firm. She has completed at least 10 different design assignments for my clients. The price range has varied from $5,000 to over $100,000.

We have known Robin and Amanda for several years and have used each other as a resource when faced with design challenges. Their knowledge of design and construction has proven beneficial to our clients that have homes outside of Chicago. Several of their clients have needed help with fire elements, outdoor furniture, outdoor tvs. etc. so the unlikely relationship has proven to be quite beneficial. I would highly recommend this duo from a staging project to a ground up design project.
