Wise Builders Remodeling

We used Wise Builders to completely remodel our kitchen/laundry rooms, as well as, upgrade our family and dining rooms. The construction team was wonderful. They worked long, hard days, cleaned-up every evening and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The employees were skilled, did excellent work and made time to keep us fully informed on their daily activity. The head contractor routinely check-in with us to make sure we felt confident on the progress being made. We particularly like Wise Builders' business model of having the design manager, Michele Crawford, being the liaison for the whole project. She is a seasoned designer, an amazing problem solver and we relied heavily on her advise/recommendations for our design selection. The end result of this project exceeded our expectations. We now have a stunning kitchen. And, believe it or not, we are going to miss having them around. We highly recommend this company and their designer.

I had an excellent experience with Wise Builders from start to finish. This was a complete bathroom renovation. Aaron Abramov was the project manager and he was true to his word, beginning to end. He is a superior communicator and is very responsive to emails, texts, or phone calls. The foreman, Angel, made sure everything was done correctly and if there was a problem, he would be sure it was fixed. He was on site just about every day. The crew was very amiable and hard working. With the help of Wise, all components were decided on and purchased before the project started. There were no holdups (actually two items were on brief back order) for materials. The project was supposed to take four to seven weeks and it was finished and signed off by the inspector in four. I really didn't think it could be done in that amount of time. I enjoyed working with Wise and hope to do another project with them. I have been involved in several remodels and additions with other contractors over the years, and this one with Wise was by far the best of all the experiences.

Wise builders did a condo master bath remodel for me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the final product. I feel like I am doing my hygiene in a 5 star hotel. Nir Bachar was my project manager and Manny and Michael did the labor. Enjoyable gentleman to have in my home and skilled at their craft. I plan to call Wise this summer for more work I want to do to freshen up my condo. My experience with Wise was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

I hired Wise Builders to complete a $150K kitchen remodel that included removing a wall, installing semi-custom cabinetry, a new fireplace, and new flooring and lighting throughout the house. Joseph and his team were all a great pleasure to work with, super responsive and did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the resulting work came out beautifully. It was of course a months-long project with a lot of moving parts and decisions to make, but Joseph kept things on track and there were hardly any hiccups or unexpected issues. The vendors I was introduced to were all great to work with as well. The overall cost of the project was quite reasonable given everything that was done and in the end came in at exactly what had been projected. I'm so happy with my new house and would highly recommend Wise Builders.

I did a whole townhouse remodel with Wise Builders which included, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, fireplace, paint, flooring etc. One of the main reasons I selected Wise Builders was based on initial dealings with project manager Joseph. He was professional and explained their remodel process in detail so I could understand how things would work. Throughout the entire process, design, selecting materials, demo and build, Joseph kept me in the loop, answered my questions and I always knew what was happening at my home. The subcontractors working on the job were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Of course, there were a few issues that cropped up, but they were communicated and expediently handled so there were no delays. Overall, the whole process seemed so easy and stress free for me. I definitely recommend Wise Builders.

We own a townhouse that has a typical configuration with a large front room, small kitchen in the rear, and stairs reversing on themselves that separate those two rooms. There is a second large living area in the rear. The front room is so separated from the other areas that it is mostly unused. Our vision was to move the stairs to the side of the front room, thereby opening up the entire downstairs area and creating a large kitchen with island. We had no knowledge of whether this was possible from an engineering perspective, because we wanted no structural support for the upstairs to be visible downstairs. We met Nathan and from the first conversation he demonstrated an "anything is possible" attitude. This attitude and his obvious depth of knowledge and experience convinced us to work with Wise Builders. Fast forward and his confidence proved to be soundly based. It was a complex engineering project, but Wise has access to all of the necessary experts and the Wise team are experts in their respective areas. The tradesmen are highly skilled and take pride in their work. Michele worked with us to design the kitchen to our exacting standards. No changes phased her and she had all of the answers to our questions. Nathan is extremely communicative, kept us informed along the way, shared his opinions and offered alternatives for every situation. The cost blew out beyond the original budget, however, there were surprises that could not have been known due to the secrets hidden within the walls that impacted engineering, plus we are guilty of significant scope creep as we repeatedly took advantage of the building works being in progress to add upgrades work along the way. The scope changes never phased Nathan or his team. We would not change any of our decisions on this project. Our vision was realized.

I cannot recommend enough! Our project included a kitchen remodel, new flooring, and recessed lighting throughout the home. The final result exceeded our expectations and has made our newly purchased home more functional, as well as more comfortable. The project was completed in lightning speed (~40% faster than original quote, which was reasonable to begin with), but certainly without compromising on quality. Everything turned out beautiful!

Worked with Sal and Adrian on the remodel of my kitchen and three bathrooms. Wonderful quality and workmanship. Highly recommended. The staff were all professional and hard working always on time and answering all questions.

We are at the final stage of our house renovation with Wise Builder. We are working with Nathan, our project manager to renovate both bathrooms, laundry room, redoing the entire flooring and rewiring the entire house. Nathan was thorough, efficient and paying attention to detail. Although there were some hiccups during the renovation, the house did come out great. We are looking forward to moving into the newly renovated house!

We just finished a reno with Wise Builders in the middle of Covid-19 and this has proved to be the best experience of 2020! Our project manager, Nathan, was the key to it all. We renovated our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, master ceiling, hallway, and laundry room. Nathan was thorough, knowledgeable, organized, efficient, and most important, trustworthy and honest. I was skeptical after hearing all the contractor horror stories but he put our minds at ease early on. We trusted him and his crew (Jesus, Miguel, Eden, Chui, Byron, etc) who did amazing tile work and exceeded our expectations. We had this old 90s octagon-shaped “dust ledge” on our master bedroom ceiling which they were able to completely eliminate without having to reroute anything. Nathan was at our house checking on things nearly every day and often multiple times per day. He even surprised us, too, by having the guys hook up our washer and dryer 3-4 weeks early so we could do laundry. I would definitely work with Nathan and Wise Builders again!

Adam and his team recently worked with me. They remodeled my bathroom, it was a full bathroom remodeling. I was very pleased with the outcome but I expected that when I saw how they worked, very efficient, careful and quick also. There was one bigger issue but Adam found solution and resolved it. Thank you guys, you are great, I will recommend to anyone!!

I recently hired Sal and Wise Builders to add a garage to my house. I saw 2 months ago their work when they add an addition to my friends home and it was an excellent job and my friends said only positive things about this people. Sal was very nice and communicative, he was always happy to answer all my questions, very patient person. His crew worked really fast but accurate, kept the rest of the house clean all the time. I really like how they built a new garage, the quality is superb. Very trustworthy contractor, thank you Sal, you're the best!!!

Wise Builders built an addition to my house, they added one more bedroom. Sal and his team did a really good job. But I knew they wwould because I already worked with them, on some smaller projects. The price was OK, job was done on time and I am very thankful to Sal and Wise Builders! Highly recommended contractor!

Nestor and his team recently remodeled my bathroom. I wanted something more luxury and was ready to pay more. I also asked some other contractors but wasn't satisfied with their answers. Nestor explained me at the start the whole project process, possible issues, when would be finished and some other things. He updated me all the time during the project and was very helpful with his suggestions. His workers were also great. They finished bathroom within scheduled time and the result was, what can I say, just perfect! Highest recommendation for Nestor and Wise Builders!!

I decided to remodel one of my bathrooms and I hired Wise Builders for that job. My neighbor worked with them and they did amazing job on remodeling his home. The price for my bathroom was also very reasonable so there wasn't any reason not to hire this company. Adam was my project manager, very honest person and very pleasant and patient. After I consulted with several of them I decided to go with Wise Builders because their offer was closest to my requests, the price was fair and they were able to start soon after we signed a contract. My husband and I decided to remodel the interior of our newly purchased home in Los Altos and also add a playroom/den before moving in. We met with Adam who we immediately clicked with, his knowledge and personality definitely won us over! Adam was very specific with the scope of work, project timeline the requirements we would have to adhere to so that the city would allow us to add a playroom/den for our kids and guest. My husband and I really appreciated all the information and after interviewing 2 other local contractors we decided to move forward with Wise Builders and Adam as our Project Manager. I’ve gotta say that I’m very impressed with Adams professionalism, we were always updated either by email or text. The crew of workers were skilled, detail oriented, clean and respectful. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with Wise Builders and we recommend them to our colleagues and family.

Nate and his team are extremely reliable and professional in what they do. There are many companies that you'll have a bad experience with, but that will never be the case with Nate. He will go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want and for a reasonable price. You can trust that he will give you quality of work because he's a perfectionist. Wise Builders remodeled our kitchen and it looks absolutely amazing. I would recommend him and his company to anybody looking to remodel their home.

A design which will make your feeling lovely. They are best in interior and kids bedroom designs and house plans too with more than years of experience. They will give you best service in your area and treat your work like personal. I will recommend them for your house interior work.

We worked with Tom for over 3 months, 3 site visits, many conversations - but even after 3 months we still have no document with estimate. Every week same old excuses, my boss has to approve anything over 300k, it's religious holiday for me, it's approved from boss awaiting verbiage change. And then radio silence. We spent a lot of time working with them, and I totally support everyone's right to work or not work for a customer but I just don't get this run around. The initial estimate was about 300k, and then suddenly revised to 360k. It was just explained as 'I didn't realize the scope of work earlier.' Well, he'd seen the house before, and had detailed plans in hand - so it doesn't make sense. It was a tiring experience chasing Tom, trying to get him to give us a formal quote, which he hasn't done to date. Even at his revised price. It's a very unwise choice to choose wise builders.

Wisebuilders were truly amazing and we couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel. The work looks beautiful and Adam and his team were a pleasure to work with. Adam made the shopping process easy as we'd never done a renovation before and he helped to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. He checked in every day and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Jesus, his foreman, was also professional and always available for questions and to make us feel comfortable with the process. We even had Lee, another project manager, check in multiple times to make sure we were happy. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Great find! I have been in the process of estimates for about a month now. Nathan and the wise builders team were a great decision for me to go with. I met a handful of good contractors but Nathan's advice and help really made a difference. He helped guide me in the right direction to a successful project. I underwent a 350 sqft addition to my home (master bedroom & closet with master bathroom) My overall construction experience with hiring wise builders has been excellent. Project manager provided me with updates and help throughout the project. The crew was very helpful and wise builders always made sure that all questions and concerns including touch up lists were always dealt with immediately and with care. Nathan then did a final walkthrough with his project foreman and then later with me to assure a high quality finish item. I will be passing the word along very satisfied!

This is a great company. I chose Nathan and Wise builders to renovate my entire home. (Kitchen,2 bathroom, floors, interior & exterior paint, electrical panel upgrade and some hardscaping work to the front and back of the house. From start to finish Wise Builders were professional. The project manager was always communicating with me and giving me updates about my project. I would get notified when inspections are passed and if anything is needed on my end (for example; shopping items like tile grout appliances etc...) The crew was everything I can hope for. They were on time each morning and always came in the house with a smile and there work shows. The quality of the project was the highlight here. Everything was handled with care and attention. Hired these guys a few months back to remodel our kitchen, which included area extension, addition of an island with a sink, and cabinets replacement. Gave a very fair price, crew was very professional and left place clean every day (as clean as possible). Will definitely use their services again. (planning to remodel 2 bathrooms). I have also recommended them to many friends and co-workers. If you want it done RIGHT, these are the guys to get it done.

We used wise builders to remodel our bathroom for an up coming new member to our family. I was six months pregnant at the time and wanted this to be done efficiently and in a timely manner. Nathan assured me that everything will fall into place and that I don't need even to go to a tile store "everything will be delivered to your door" he said. I just paid for it over the phone.
