Having met with several contractors, we hired Terracon to excavate our basement, underpin the foundation, install radiant heating, rough in all new plumbing, install a new support beam and lay a new floor. What impressed me about Elliot, Paul and the group is that their price was reasonable, they had tons of experience doing this type of work and they were honest. They were very helpful and patient in planning the project (we were newbies at this). In terms of executing the project they did it on time and on budget and the end product was excellent. Terracon is a family business and all those who worked on the project worked well together, were diligent to the smallest detail and really knew what they were doing. . No balls dropped. Highly recommend them.

We hired Terracon Inc. to complete a 2-story addition and were very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Elliot was very thorough in explaining what the project would involve, giving us a breakdown of the work, costs and schedule. Throughout the renovation he took pride in making sure everything was done to code or better; walking us through the work being done at every stage. Anytime a problem would arise Elliot was very quick to offer sensible solutions, keeping us on schedule and on budget. We appreciated his patience and input when we were having trouble making decisions or had any questions or concerns. He was diligent in staying in contact with us regardless of the time of day; always answering phone calls or returning our calls within minutes, and even made himself available on weekends. It was evident from the beginning that Terracon Inc. is a family owned business and Elliot and his family gave care and attention to every detail of the project. Over the course of the renovation we also had a chance to meet all of the trades that worked on our home and found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We were extremely happy with how smooth the project went and are thrilled with how our home turned out. We would definitely hire Elliot and Terracon Inc. for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone who is considering a renovation/build project.

We hired Terracon and their subcontractors to design and complete a three-storey renovation and addition to our home in 2015. We were impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise right from our initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation process. Paul, Elliot, their crew and their subcontractors are the friendliest and most competent contractors we have ever worked with. We would not hesitate to recommend or use Terracon again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Not only knowledgeable and professional, they are the nicest people to work with!! I used them in my home and again when I moved, and they did a lot of work in both my homes. My first home I finished my basement and my second home they redid my entire first floor (minus laundy and powder room) and flooring on my second level. The work that they did was top notch. It's not often that a trust people/contractors, but these are down to earth people who know what they are doing. I recommended them to several of my friends and family members who also raved about their work. Not to mention I get so many compliments from guests asking me who worked on my house. I live in a 100 year old edwardian townhouse and contracted Terracon to open the lounge and kitchen by taking down the long narrow hallway walls. The house has seen a lot of nasty renovations over the century and Terracon stripped all the layers from the ceiling, floors and walls and re-built with perfection. The carpentry work is to fine craftsmanship, the attention to detail is meticulous. They are tidy and respectful of one's home. I appreciated the daily morning progress meetings and Elliot was great at explaining things step by step. It's clear these guys are proud professional contractors. They were on time and on budget. It was a pleasure working with Terracon.

Elliot, Paul and Rob of Terracon Inc. came through again as they completely transformed our entire main floor from disfunctional to absolutely incredible! It was a very easy decision to call them in to create a fully open concept main floor, a kitchen to die for, and a stone feature wall complete with rustic wood beam mantle and fantastic stone finishes! I cannot stress enough that the team at Terracon is talented, professional and can turn your vision into reality, as always, on time and on budget.
