Piedmont Personal Builders built our 1st custom home and the process was exceptional. We were assigned a designer that help us pick out everything, which helped out a lot. Piedmont Personal Builders (PPB) built my home approximately 11 years ago and I am totally satisfied with the house and with working with Regis Skeehan and his staff. They are total professionals. Rege and his staff took time to listen to my needs and what I wanted in a house. They showed me several plans they had which would accommodate the lot I purchased based on lot space and the footprint of the plans. Most specifically, they were willing to make design changes to personalize the house to my needs and wishes, and without complaint or demanding that I stick with their stock house plan. The house was built to my specifications, within my budget and within the deadline we agreed upon. PPB took care of all the dealings with the City of Greensboro - permits, zoning compliance, City services, utilities, inspections, etc., that are needed to build a house. I was fully welcome to come by and view the building at any time. When I decided to make a minor change - adding a transom window to a bathroom, they handled all the changes and without any complaints. After the house was built, their walk-through prior to me taking possession was thorough and highly detailed to ensure that each accommodation was full met. They were. Minor issues were taken care of immediately. In fact, there were 2 instances where PPB incurred several materials at a lower cost and Rege passed those cost savings on to me. I have NEVER had a builder that would do that for a client! The interior decorator who worked with PPB was also highly professional, listened to my thoughts and made excellent suggestions for paint color, counter top choice and color, and even down to area rug color and style suggestions which I wouldn't have thought of. The house is solid and well-built. The insulation is above the minimum standard required so my utility bills are significantly below average both during the winter and the summer. Rege even made suggestions to improve the value of the house during building, like finishing off the bonus room area above the garage. I totally feel that Rege and PPB looked out for my best interests and not just his profit margin on the house. I am so pleased with the work they did and their professionalism that several years ago I hired them to extend a screen porch for me. They did the work with the same results I have described above. In fact, for any work I need done, I contact Rege and give him "Right of First Refusal" on the project. If they decline, they always give me suggestions as to whom to contact. This in itself is invaluable! I am a VERY pleased customer of PPB and I fully recommend Piedmont Personal Builders without hesitation or reservation.

Piedmont Personal Builders remodeled my master bathroom. They guided me through the plan to utilize my current space, removing my soaker tub and small shower and replacing with a custom large walkin shower and linen closet. I always felt they put my best interests first and their quality of workmanship was excellent. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
