My home flooded over a year ago and everything and all flooring had to be replaced. They did an excellent job and did everything exactly how I dreamed they would.The workers were polite and cleaned up neatly behind themselves.My left were left looking fantastic. You wouldnāt have been able to tell anything ever happened.I was left speechless!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in or outside of the area.

I have recently bought a new house & wanted to rent out the one I am currently living in, but didn't want to do the work myself. My kitchen needed a makeover and Milanco was the best option for me. They were so easy to get a hold of & were so patient and honest with me about what I wanted and what would be the best fit. Their schedules matched up with mine and were on time every day. Absolutely stunning work!! They were able to give me exactly what I wanted in my head and turn it in to a reality; & that is saying a lot because I am a very specific and particular person when it comes to my projects. Milanco is hands down the best service i ever found . The remodeling is out of this world amazing . At first it seemed a little sketchy but with in days it was a whole new building . The fresh tiles are ceremic shiny polished to perfection. My wife will be excited to see her new kitchen . They even replaced the faucet to a touch sensor its incredible. The bathroom tub is huge and spacious for showering. The contractor was very polite and kept his word . I will be calling for these professionals again . 5 stars for me

We recently had our kitchen renovated by extending the area by removing the dining room and creating an open concept layout with the living room.
The project was started on time and completed within a reasonable time frame. The workers were professional and polite. As with any major renovation project, there were unexpected issues but the company worked with us financially and made suggestions to save on costs while overcoming any challenges.
I plan to hire them again for future renovations!

We gutted the bathroom down to the studs. We didnāt have any use for the bathtub, so we removed it and installed a huge walk-in shower, with a beautiful bench which is super handy and comfortable. Overall, very happy with this company performance. They worked on my parents house in CA. And they were GREAT!! They jumped right into demolition, clearing out all the old fixtures in the first day. Everything was planned and nothing was left out. Of course we had some obstacles but that happens when u do a major home remodeling.

They arrived on time, wasted no time, did lots of prep work to ensure cleanliness and then did a thorough clean up job as they went along.

This company has been great to deal with from start to finish. Their product was obviously superior so we chose them. The whole installation was a good experience with the team of installers being very professional and responsive to any questions. We love our new bathroom.

They showed up when they said they are going to show up. If there are change orders (and there always are), the project manager gave us a fair and immediate price for the changes. They put a lot of thought and care into our job. I would hire them again and refer them without question.

MBG is now my go-to general contractor.
Competitively priced plus 30 years experience. That 30 years of experience was evident in the way the project was conducted which reduced our stress level. MBG adhered to the schedule, kept the work areas safe and clean, and the project was completed on time.

We hired Milanco to do a full remodel of a town home including kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The job was done well and the quality of the work was excellent. Good communication throughout the project and very professional. We are very pleased with everything and highly recommending them!

Absolutely could not have gone better!! Milanco Building Group goal is to make a remodel look exactly like original construction, which they did. Made our simple house into a Beautiful home!!
In addition, they cleaned up the work areas nicely!

Eli exceeded our expectations, he and his crew were very professional: prompt, reponsive, used contractor discounts to hold down costs, full of great ideas. Excellent workmanship. Pride in their work. Ours was a major project expanding our kitchen into the garage, new walls, floors, electric and plumbing, Eli took care of everything. We will hire him again without hesitation.

The team @ Milanco was HIGHLY recommended to us by three friends. We dove into our complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. We wanted the garden tub and tiny shower removed to replace with a very large, tiled shower. It involved a complete tear out, moving of plumbing, then installing our new beautiful tile, kitchen island, half wall, plumbing and paint/finishing. Everything turned out beautifully! We highly recommend!!

We contacted several pros and received several quotes and determined Milanco Building Group was the best option. The owner came over and respected my safety by wearing a mask and other protective equipment even though itās not mandatory now !! He provided a quote on the spot and explained in detail what was needed for the job to be done correctly. The quote was mid-range compared to others but I felt he knew what to do and I felt comfortable it would be done correctly and hired him several days later.
He truly went above and beyond what was asked of him and stuck to the agreed on price.

We could not be happier with the work of Milanco Building Group team. They were friendly, prompt and did great quality work. They were great at communication. Everything is 100%, from the design (layout), spacing, attention to detail, and finishing touches. They also cleaned up everyday so I never felt like I was living in a renovation. I would absolutely give him another call for a project.

These guys came in and knocked it out of the park!
They did a full remodel for us from the kitchen, to both bathrooms, family room and living room. We could not be more happy with the results and the process. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and always responded to our questions.
They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them

We needed a major renovation in our garage. We wanted to convert it to an ADU. We bought the house knowing that we will do it eventually. The company gave us a clear estimate and timeline for all the work. They worked with to make sure we understood everything that needed to be done, provided options and worked with us to create truly amazing renovation. Their team was truly professional. They delivered on-time and on-budget. We are super happy that we picked them amongst others.

Absolutely the best contractor in the area. Amazing company & amazing team.
They did a spectacular job creating a 1000 sqft 2bed, 2bath dwelling unit on my house in November 2021 From designing the floorplans to handling the paperwork and picking the right materials to the actual construction, I was beyond pleased with their knowledge and expertise at each step. The project was finished within in the timeline they provided to us and the end result totally blew us away.
. We really enjoyed every single moment of working with them and wish all the ADU builders in California were this good.

We decided to renovate our home last September . We needed the bathrooms, kitchen & the exterior of our home completely remodeled. This company has been absolutely amazing to work with since then. They are extremely communicative and go above and beyond their contract. Eli, the project manager, worked with me on every aspect. His crews would let me know the schedule so I knew when the workers would show up, what stages we were at with each project, and when any issues popped up. Eli was always at our home to make sure tasks were going according to the plans we were given. The company responded immediately when I had questions/concerns. Someone always picks up the phone when you callI ( Thank you May ) will always use them for any house projects we have in the future.

We recently added a full master suite and a new retaining wall at the ground level of our existing home. We interviewed several contractors and decided on Milanco Building Group to build our addition.
The estimated costs were reasonable and within our budget, and MBG worked with us to keep our costs down without sacrificing quality. They are a competent contractor and knowledgeable in their field.
The craftsmanship of his crew is amazing and resulted in a beautiful, comfortable addition.

The kitchen remodel was superb. I new exactly what I wanted-
I had a kitchen that looked like it was left over from 1981.
It was old, dirty and very outdated. The floor needed to be replaced as well.
There is nothing like beautiful white cabinets, granite counter tops, recessed lighting, etc...
The place was in horrible shape when we started this project.
I have numerous friends whom all had their kitchens done by Milanco Building Group and they certainly did not disappoint.
The kitchen is absolutely beautiful.
Thank you all for bringing my vision to life.

Milanco is the first company I call to handle large structural repairs. They have handled the structural framing replacement of the building's balconies. They are also working with the structural engineer to inspect over 600 balconies in accordance with the state-mandated inspections. They are professional from start to finish and provide exceptional communication throughout the project.

I have had the pleasure of working with all the team members at Milanco Building Group on multiple projects in the greater LA area of the years. I can tell you hands down they are the best GC I have EVER worked with. They were incredibly attentive, honest (which is rare), on time with their work and on budget!
