Herman Remodeling has been my residential renovation service provider for a long time and I found this team to reliable and skilled at their craft. About 18 months back in a brief chat with one of their representatives, I found out that they had also excelled as ADU contractors. That was precisely the moment, I was planning a granny flat construction, and knowing these chaps, I simply did not look elsewhere for a contractor. We immediately started discussing the project and their representative briefed me on the key regulations to follow for ADU construction. A team later visited my home to discuss the interior designs for the granny flat. Things got moving fast and they did everything to present me with a stylish & luxurious ADU. I always had high regard for these guys and it has simply grown more.

I needed extensive upgrades for my kitchen ranging from a layout change to some work on the plumbing systems. These are complicated projects and I was aware of the need to seek permission from the City Council for some of these tasks. Things were challenging but at the same time, I needed this change. I was glad to have the efficient team of Herman Remodeling executing the project for me. I got to know about these chaps from my friends and they had good things to say about this knowledgeable and efficient team. A representative visited my place to understand the scope of work and he took notes. He categorically told me about certain jobs that will need permits and obtained them on my behalf. The project execution was done flawlessly and within the schedule. I am satisfied and will be using their services more in the future.

Herman Remodeling has constructed my second story and they pulled off this complex project flawlessly. The project needed a foundation upgrade and they did it first. Only then, they touched the construction and seem to have done some professional work. They had shown me the would-be-space in 3D and as I take a look at the area after the closure of the project, it looks similar. I would like to thank them and would also be referring them to people who need such work.

This testament from my end is long overdue. I had booked a home renovation service from Herman Remodeling but unfortunately fell ill. I had communicated to them my needs but unfortunately could not check out much. Once I recovered and looked around the living space, I saw that they incorporated just the changes, which I had wanted. I will be in the future hiring only this company for remodeling work within the living space.

Initially I was hesitant to hire a contractor to do work on my house. I had done dozens of smaller projects over the years by myself (laying tile, installing light fixtures, etc.), so I assumed I could handle a kitchen remodel alone as well. In a very short period of time, and several thousands dollars of sunk costs, I realized I was in over my head....I found Herman Remodeling through a colleague of mine who had his bathroom redone last year. Within days we had a project manager at the house to go over things. Since I made made a wondrous mess of the kitchen, it was inoperable and needed to be worked on immediately. The following week Eli sent their guys over to begin the remodel. On top of being professional and flexible (my wife and I both work from home), our project manager was available for any questions or concerns we had. In the spring we are doing the back patio and we have already committed to Eli. I advise anyone looking for work done on their house to do the same.

We worked with Herman Remodeling for our kitchen remodeling project. Our plans were changing and it turned into nearly complete house makeover. This made the space more usable for our purpose. They made our closed up and dark house more open and airy. We decided go with Herman Remodeling because of their attention to the details and their suggestions and patience which we weren’t getting from other companies. It was very easy to work with Jonathan and the whole crew, they were responsive and always answered our concerns and questions. I appreciated that during the project period the Herman Remodeling construction crew were always the same people working in our house which made us feel safer because they knew what was going on and we didn’t have strangers coming and going. The crew consistently left the house clean and they were cautious with moving things around. We had a very good experience with Herman Remodeling, we appreciated all the care to details. Jonathan and the crew helped us create our dream home in real life.

After a big research that we did that included meetings and interviews several of them, we ended up hiring Herman Remodeling. Jonathan was assigned to us as the manager for the project and the supervisor for the crew. He was professional and straightforward with the quotes and design ideas. His communication skills were great and he was available for us to answer all of our questions and ideas. This showed us how Herman Remodeling was passionate and eager to get the job right and not below than perfection. After Jonathan presented us with the designs, we set and run numbers to see how we can fit everything within our budget. Surprisingly enough, Jonathan was able to fit 90% of our vision into the budget so the decision to go ahead with the work was finalized and set. More than that, Herman Remodeling was able to share with us the cost of the design which made it much better for us because we could add more items to the remodeling. Our remodeling project was to renovate the entire kitchen and to replace all the appliances and flooring. We want to thank Jonathan and the rest of Herman Remodeling for everything they did for us.

We had an excellent experience working with Michael and his team from Herman Remodeling and very happy with our new kitchen. They were very professional with great design ideas. They brought 2 different concepts and we chose the one outside of our original thinking that had her creative flair and eye for details. Michael kept us on track with his collaborative and easy going style and was effective in guiding the decision making process without feeling overwhelmed. As we were replacing and enlarging a small kitchen, I was most concerned with functionality and a quality product which they have delivered. The team has really made major improvements to our kitchen space and their customer service is second to none. They were extremely pleasant to work with and responded to any issues we had promptly and efficiently. Our kitchen is now big enough and was the first phase of our complete ground floor renovation. It's very high use and we're loving the reconfigured layout. With tweaks along the way we were also able to remain within budget! I would definitely recommend Herman Remodeling.

We choose Herman Remodeling for our bathroom renovation and we were very happy with their work. We didn't fully gut the bathroom because we wanted to keep our tiles and bathtub but the work done to fix our water damaged wall as well as replace our vanity, mirror, light and toilet was excellent. We had a very difficult time finding a toilet that would fit in our bathroom because we needed a back outlet toilet that would fit in our small bathroom but Jonathan made sure to send his plumber in to measure the area and personally took the time to make sure we found something that would work. He made sure everyone was on the same page. The workers were also very responsive to what I wanted and made sure to touch up anything I asked them to. The whole Herman Remodeling's team was very pleasant. Good job.

Highest accolades for Eli and the entire crew who worked on our bathroom remodeling project. We met with Eli for the initial consultation, after parting with the previous contractor who was not able to complete and unable to estimate the completion date, leaving the house in a total disarray with incomplete work. Eli was very professional yet friendly and warm and was able to immediately put us at ease. He assessed our situation and clearly and patiently explained to us what Herman Remodeling can do for us. He was able to identify the scope of work in writing, along with a target completion date. The contracting process was very transparent and agreement forms we had to sign were explained and was a good learning experience for us. Once we signed the contract and established that text messaging was the preferred method of communication, we got a daily morning status text on what work is scheduled for that day, and when they can be expected to be at the house. We were so pleased with the progress after the first week, we added additional work beyond the bathroom remodel work. The project was completed on time. Thanks.

After several years of wanting to remodel our old kitchen we finally decided to give it a go. Luckily our next door neighbor had remodeled their kitchen few months ago, so we could take advantage of their experience, hence avoid going through finding a reliable contractor whom we can trust, as their experience with Herman Remodeling was nothing but positive outcome. A couple months ago I finally decided to remodel the master bedroom and bathroom, which I had been putting off for a while. I read positive reviews about Herman Remodeling, So I took a flyer and called them. They sent over Tim, who would be the project manager. i knew needed upgrades were needed but wasn't sure what specific design I wanted. Tim walked me through the process and helped to create my vision. Communication with him and the staff was five stars from start to finish. Next year I am getting more work done and will definitely use Herman Remodeling again.
