lets get straight to the point... i would recommend Alex and his team any day.... they were incredibly professional,extremely respectful and lets not for forget,super trustworthy! when i first contacted AZM,Alex got back to me almost immediately.....we discussed our plan and what we expected and he came back with a quote that everyone was happy with... we converted a one bedroom into a two bedroom and changed the lay out of kitchen and living room.... -added bedroom -new bathroom -kitchen -soundproofed floors -added radiant heat -tiled throughout Alex was on sight every day to make sure things were going as planned because we all know,time is money....we had a few hiccups along the way caused by our architect and AZM did everything they could do to resolve these issues.....i couldn't say enough about these guys....if anyone is interested in their services,i'd be happy to have a chat...

AZM did an excellent job on our project. They worked quickly, diligently and the outcome was absolutely stunning, to the point where our architect (hired independently) requested images for his website. The team at AZM is responsive and any punchlist items were handled in a timely and respectful manner. I will continue to recommend them and use them again for future projects.

I hired Alex to do a large commercial project for my business and he did an amazing job! He and his team were professional and courteous and handled my multiple changes with grace. Alex had to build something very unique (axe throwing ranges) and we worked together to create the best plan. He did a beautiful job on our bar and lobby/reception area, as well. I must say a sincer and honest contractor is hard to find these. How ever I would recomand AZM home in a heart beat, after interviewing 2 different contactors my wife and I decided to give AZM a shot and we glad we did . For us timing was everything and the team did a great job on our 2 family home, Not only they finished the renovation in time the attention to details are amazing!

I know the renovation process can be overwhelming the first time as it was for me. That's why I'm leaving a comprehensive review of my experience in the hopes that it will help others. I interviewed over 20 contractors when I started looking for someone to do our full gut renovation of our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in New York. We needed new floors, new bathroom, new kitchen, painting, new wiring & plumbing, new doors & moldings, new appliances, fixtures etc. I found contractors on Houzz, Angies List and Home Improvement.com. I picked ones that had good reviews & replied to me right away & they all came to see the apartment & give me a quote. The people who were tardy in replying, very late to the meeting or didn't show up, I crossed off my list. I also crossed off the most (ridiculously) expensive people as well as the people who didn't seem to have sufficient experience, photos of their work, communication barriers, as all these things would hinder the process. We ended up picking Alex from AZM Home Improvement because his price was reasonable, he knew his stuff and he was friendly, flexible and really motivated to do our renovation. Plus we saw an ongoing brownstone building renovation he was working on, and other photos of his work which looked impressive. He also gave me a reference of a previous client to call & I felt even more comfortable once I spoke to him. Alex & Freddy (foreman on site) completed our renovation in about 8 weeks from start to finish. They did an AMAZING great quality, fantastic job & was professional, quick and true to his word. We were soooo excited & could not believe we had such a beautiful dream apartment when the full gut renovation was completed 8 weeks later!! I bought & sourced most of the larger equipment, fixtures (wood, marble, lighting, etc) & products myself as I had time for this and this was our own choice. However Alex did offer to do all the materials buying for us and he did helped source certain products for us as well that we needed help with. He also took care of buying all the construction equipment. He would give us receipts at the end of the week for what was bought & would first consult with us before buying anything. After the first couple weeks once all the debris was out of the apartment I made sure I would go visit the apartment 2-3 times a week to keep updated & stay on top of everything going on & make sure our renovation plans were properly understand & being followed. Here is some of the work they did: Ripped out old floor & flattened & laid our new hardwood Mirage floor, gutted & relaid our bathroom to all marble walls & floor & changed from tub to glass & marble shower, did all new electrical work, new piping, new fixtures, installed all appliances in kitchen, painting walls, doors, ceilings, installed new doors, handles, & moldings, installed new lighting. Freddy even painstakingly laid out all my marble tiles in order to pick the most beautiful patterns before he installed the marble in the bathroom. Thanks Freddy!!! :-) We love our dream apartment & felt completely comfortable with Alex & Freddy. I have recommended Alex to all my friends & will 100% use Alex again for our next home renovation. I am more than happy to serve as a reference for Alex any time! - Amazing work - Great Service!
