So sorry to hear this Janetta. At Aloha we strive to complete our projects as quickly as possible and always have happy customers. Although it is impossible to have set deadlines in construction, we do all we can to accommodate our customer’s wishes. Yes, construction typically is stressful. There are many moving parts in a concrete pool construction project which does not allow us to promise deadlines. Weather, product availability issues, changes and modifications, unknown site issues are only a few examples of things that cause delays. We place quality above expediency. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy their pools for years to come. Perhaps that is how we were just voted “Best Swimming Pool Company” by AY Magazine. I was not aware of any deadlines with your pool. It was completed before the completion of your house which was the only one I can imagine. I apologize for any delays in our responses to your issues and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss and assist with any issues you may now have.
