We recently completed our First Home Build. It was a daunting task to select a Contractor, but after the initial meeting we Knew Megan and Neil were the right contractor. They immediately related to the designed we wanted to acheive. It was seamless and a total success. They work as a great team to present ideas and manage construction beginning to end. They brought our dream to reality.

Would highly recommend Neil and Megan when considering home renovation or new home construction. They completed an entire home renovation and remodel during and after Covid protocols as well as all of the supply chain hurdles. With Megan's design touches as well as Neil's construction ideas, the home turned out beautifully. My wife and I and our entire family couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of the project.

A truly professional, courteous, and exceptional builder. Megan and Neil were always available to answer questions, give help and guidance, and were more than gracious in their help with the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone building their first house, or 50th house. We couldn't be happier with the quality and detail of the build and loved the personal touch they add.

I’ve been fortunate enough to be a subcontractor for Neil and Megan. Their quality of craftsmanship is second to none. The other contractors I work for don’t even compare. Aside from the craftsmanship, they are pleasant to work for/with. Great communication, understanding, and all around good people. I cannot recommend them enough.

We’ve been in our new home for about two weeks and absolutely love it!! We are so glad we chose Neil Robinson Custom Homes, LLC as our builder!!! They worked closely with us to meet our needs and bring our ideas to life. My husband is THAT guy that asks a million questions about every little thing. Megan and Neil kept us updated on all aspects of our build and were always available to address any concerns. Their sub-contractors were extremely professional and courteous. Megan was very helpful with all of the interior design and layout. If you’re thinking of building or remodeling, we highly recommend Neil and Megan!!!

The Robinsons were great to work with! They were there every step of the way and made the building process as stress free as possible. We had very few setbacks because of their eye for detail. They strive to give you exactly what you want within your budget! I would definitely recommend letting them build your custom home!

We are so incredibly pleased with our work with Neil! He and his crew did a fantastic job and met every one of our expectations, in fact exceeded. He stayed in constant contact with us threw all stages and captured everything we were looking for perfectly. He created our envisioned lake escape just as we discussed and then some. His pricing was extremely reasonable as well and completed spot on with estimates. We highly recommend Neil for anyone seeking good quality work and a professional to work with.

We love our new home. Neil and Megan were extremely responsive every day and kept in constant contact. Megan’s record keeping was top notch and I always knew where I stood when it came to my budget. Their subs were all good and some were phenomenal. You hear about construction nightmares all the time, and we feel very fortunate to have worked with Neil and Megan to build our family’s home.

We had several remodel and update jobs done to our home in Eastgate II and Neil was the first person we thought of to help us with these. He and his crews did a fantastic job with each one. He listened to our wants and ideas and did everything we asked of him to make it all happen. We were very pleased with the outcome and the total cost of the combined projects. I would definitely recommend Neil for any new construction or remodel jobs you may have!

I hired Neil in January of this year. We are scheduled to complete by August which is approximately 6 months. We lost a couple of weeks time in February due to weather and we still are on pace to complete timely. I receive a call from him daily, sometimes multiple times daily, regarding progress reports or questions about some of the custom work that we want. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a contractor for new construction.
