I have had the pleasure to work with Jim Sale on numerous Lutron lighting control system designs and installations since the early 2000s. I have worked for ListenUp for 40 years and have collaborated with Jim on many jobs, some in excess of $150,000. HIs unique lighting design skills and understanding of lighting control system design has led to numerous satisfied customers over these many years. In the last year, JIm designed a lighting system for my house that I was remodeling after having significant swamp cooler flood damage. He decided that we should rebuild the rather low ceilings in our living room/family room with a raised/coffered style that included 85' of dimmable LED strip lights (over 3,000 LEDS!) The results were outstanding! We leave the LED lighting on all the time, as the warm soft glow from the coffer adds well more than the additional one foot of actual increased ceiling height. Jim is not just a lighting system designer, but is actually a lighting design artist! I give Jim my highest recommendation!
