Ibrahim started with a small project (installing a new front fence), helped us with some urgent repairs, then built a poolhouse for us in the back yard. It was the first complete structure Ibrahim had built after acquiring his license, and he did a wonderful job. Almost 8 years later the poolhouse has housed our Daughters while they were at University, and is now in use as 5* AirBNB accommodation. After the success of the poolhouse, we later asked ibrahim to build a large deck at the back of the house and do some structural repairs to the carport. Ibrahim is always on time, completes his tasks within the time frames and budgets agreed, On a 'do and charge' job he is scrupulously honest. I have not once in all the years we have worked with him ever had cause to question a bill or an estimate that Ibrahim has provided.

Sahlico Home Improvements has completed three projects for me. The first in 2011 was a complete renovation of the kitchen and living area of the house. Installing a new kitchen, family room, bathroom and laundry which changed the whole nature of the house. It made it a family friendly entertaining breeze. Ibrahim from Sahlico provided professional, talented and efficient works with the highest quality tradesmen. Ibrahim can also provide design advice ensuring the project can be constructed in the most practical manner. I have since engaged Sahlico for 2 smaller projects of renovation and restoration/maintenance. Ibrahim takes great pride in the provision of high quality work while at all times maintaining a clean site and managing budgets and variations. I cannot recommend Sahlico highly enough.

We are more than pleased with the home improvements made to our property by Sahlico Home Improvements. We had two bathrooms completely replaced, an outdoor pergola replaced, the roof in the garage repaired, two garage doors made into one, outdoor side gates were fixed, and a new front door was installed. Ibrahim and his team were always extremely professional, punctual, respectful and their attention to every single detail was incredible. All work was completed to an excellent standard and all products used were of the highest quality. Ibrahim always supported us through this process and listened to and responded to all our needs. At no time did we find this process stressful. The differences these changes have made to our house, and our lives are amazing. We can’t thank Ibrahim and his team enough.

Sahlico Home Improvements completed renovations to the inside and outside of our house. They renovated two bathrooms which included digging down into our cement slab to change the plumbing. They created an extra bedroom which involved knocking down a number of walls, changing the size of windows and layouts inside and rerendering/brick laying to the outside of our house. After completing these renovations they then added a study to our house. Sahlico are a professional and trustworthy company, they work very hard and are relable. They did not miss a single day. Their workmanship is exceptional and we are extremely happy with what they have done to our house. I would highly recommend them to others.

Ibrahim and his college Alex completed today their second project at my home and delivered nothing short of a miracle. The quality is outstanding. These two men know their craft and show mastered skills on the job whilst being price wise moderate and very affordable. Every detail was paid attention to and any request was taken care of to utmost and absolut satisfaction. Scope changes and change of mind on my behalf were professionally resolved and implemented. I can happily and confidently recommend them and will very certainly engage them in future projects again and again.

I could not recommend Abe and is team more highly. Abe is an absolute professional and his work is of the highest standard. Initially we asked him to just put in our deck but then we kept him on to do additional building works because he was so good. Abe his polite, thorough and does a great job. I contracted Sahlico Home Improvements to construct a partition wall to create an extra bedroom. The service I received was of the highest professional standard. We found them to be honest & reliable, they paid attention to the smallest detail & I always felt they had my best interest at heart.

Ibrahim from Sahlico Home Improvements provided my third quote for a huge 2nd storey fly over awning and deck rebuild. His advice and quote was honest and obviously from someone who knew their stuff. Throughout the whole build he dealt with the council regarding DA specs and consulted me about many options I hadn’t considered. The detail of the work was of the highest quality and they did many other smaller jobs around the house as well as fixing flaws from a previous builder. I can highly recommend this company for any work that you need. The Council Senior Building Surveyor who authorised the ‘Occupation Certificate’ personally told me the standard of work was exceptional and actually requested a business card for personal use.

This was my second project - Home Renovation, done by Sahlico Home Improvements. It is not easy to find a good trades man, a builder that can be reliable and honest. Such was my experience with my first home renovation when I came a cross few dodgy ones that cost me money and their work was shabby. When I made contact with Sahlico Home Improvements I was hesitating at first to give them the job. Soon enough, however, I could see that not only they were reliable but their work showed great detail. The kitchen was from IKEA and needed lots of work to fit in all the cabinets. The recent project involved opening the kitchen wall to create modern look and brighten the leaving area and the final result was beyond my expectations.

Ibrahim is an excellent builder. He has completed 3 projects for us - a studio attached to our garage at the rear of the property - a large deck with roof and skylights and a traditional timber fence. Ibrahim has a good eye for detail and is meticulous in everything he does. He is also helpful with ideas and very respectful in his dealings with us.
