1020 Builders is a fast-growing construction company based in Annapolis, Maryland. Started by Mike Batisto in 2011, 1020 Builders has been delivering successful projects to satisfied customers throughout the United States ever since. 1020 aims to provide a seamless construction process from concept and design through final inspections and completion. We have built a reputation as a leading builder within the areas of Hospitality (including hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and lounges), Senior Living, Multi-Family Residential, and Disaster Restoration. 90% of our commercial construction projects take place during occupancy. Whether the project is a senior living facility, luxury hotel or condominium building, the complexity of construction without interruption to daily lives or business is complex. Beyond mitigating the noise and dust pollution that can bother residents, safety is a key concern. 1020 Builders works closely with owners, planners, and staff during the pre-construction phase to best understand the individual needs of residents and provide an easy, seamless transition through construction, in accordance with AHCA and ADA standards when necessary and always taking into consideration the clients’ schedule and budget.
