From initial the measuring of the floor space, to advice on products and styles available, right through to the final fitting of the floor - everything was done with such professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Horwich Carpets and Interiors and will most definitely use them again for future interiors projects.

Richard and Neil are knowledgeable, professional, helpful and accommodating. They were both very patient when I was unsure on design elements for the flooring I was looking for. They gave excellent advice and suggestions which I followed and I'm very happy with. They were flexible in terms of scheduling when I was experiencing delays and issues with other tradesmen and the work of the fitters has been done to a very high standard. Their product range is great and the quality of their work very good. Overall, an excellent experience and very much recommended.

We have used Horwich Carpets and Interiors several times over the years for flooring (both carpet and Karndean). We have also purchased wall paper and fabric for curtains. The service in the shop is always fantastic. Unlike many large retailers who seem to focus purely on profit margin, the team value the customer relationship and take the time to ensure what the customer is buying is right for them. We recently bought wall paper for the hall/stairs/landing and our lounge and we also had these rooms carpeted. The team who fitted the carpets were great too. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I cannot praise this company enough. From the moment myself and my husband went into their showroom we received excellent customer service. Richard listened to what we needed and then advised what would be right for our home and tried to keep to our budget. The fitters were professional, quick and the end result is fabulous. We are so happy with our amtico flooring downstairs, carpets in a lounge, stairs and bedroom and two bathrooms with carndine. The whole effect just looks so good. What a great company. They really are exceptional at what they do.

I had a carpeted feature step in my kitchen/ sun room which was a challenge but Horwich carpets rose to the challenge to change carpeted floors to the most amazing wood tiled floor with curved step! Advice and suggestions were made and the job was completed by great, friendly, experienced people who faced a few problems along the way with uneven floors, but they persevered to create a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble. When you expect a certain result but actually get a result that beats all your expectations, you know you have made the best choice of company! I am thrilled with the result of the Amtico flooring installed earlier this year, which is throughout the downstairs of my house - so a fairly large project and install. Ric was on hand to make sure I got the finish and style I wanted, whilst sticking within a budget. The install team were prompt and friendly, even moving furniture themselves! The result is a really high quality product which looks fantastic. I have since had carpet fitted in the upstairs and thrilled with the results and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I already have to many colleagues and friends.

This is certainly a long overdue review with apologies to Horwich Carpets & Interiors. However, after 12 months living with our new Amtico kitchen flooring, we are in a good position to review all aspects of its merits. We found the process of looking for kitchen flooring quite time consuming and confusing so were really pleased to have been recommended Horwich C & I. Richard proved to be an excellent help and very knowlegeable about the various types of flooring available. His friendly and relaxed manner proved a refreshing change from the "experts" in other flooring shops we had visited. When we had eventually narrowed our decision down to Amtico, Richard said we could take some flooring samples home to see how it matched our new kitchen. This proved invaluable. When the flooring was laid, we were actually on holiday so had to leave things up to Richard and the floor fitter (whose name escapes me, unfortunately). When we arrived home, we were so thrilled at the excellent workmanship and amazing "wow factor" . We really couldn't fault the whole process and are still delighted with the results. Advice, value for money, workmanship - all top class! Thank you Richard and your floor fitter.

I recently used Horwich Carpets when I was doing a refurb at home. The choice of carpets was amazing and it took some time to reach the right decision for each room. Richard was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about his huge range of carpets, taking me through the pros and cons. I took many samples home to make sure I'd make the right choice. Once I'd chosen,Richard was able to accurately inform me of the delivery and fitting time to the day. The fitters were extremely polite and courteous and didn't bat an eyelid if I'd had trouble moving something that was clearly going to be in their way. I would highly recommend this company.

We employed Horwich carpets to undertake the supply and installation of: Karndean in the hallway in parquet Amtico in the kitchen, family, utility and downstairs WC Carpets in the lounge, 4 bedrooms, hall stairs and landing We started discussing our requirements with richard at Horwich carpets approx 6 months ago as it was a new build property. He has undertaken numerous quotations as we have been changing our minds on products, styles and even manufacturers. Not once was there any issue with doing that for us and frequently let us take the sample boards from the shop. We had the work undertaken a week ago and the end product is outstanding, the kitchen is approx 45 sqm and the quality of the installation is first class (Dean did the installation). The carpets are all fitted to an excellent standard with modifications to doors that was needed undertaken to the highest of standards. The guys who came to the install were friendly and helpful to my wife as they even moved some boxes around for her.
