The floor is composed of locally quarried (Montana) Flagstone. I like this.
This was purchased in slab form from a local quarry. The installers then broke the pieces on site and puzzle pieced them together.
This is original rough marble flooring from 1916. In other areas I used a rustic white/gold quartzite from Stone Source to achieve a similar effect. It comes as large as 16" x 24". Ancient Flooring - We do salvage and stock this exact blend of antique Bourgogne limestone pavers in our local US inventory.
I think the wide joints may be too rustic or do you think it would look good - old world pub look

This is a locally sourced Colorado Buff flagstone. It could be sourced from any Colorado quarry that carries buff sandstone...we sourced from Arkin Park: http://www.arkinsparkstone.com/ The stone in this home is unique, since the contractor sandblasted the stone's surface for a "soft" uniform finish texture.
The Floors are Antique Reclaimed Limestone.
Floor - Montauk Black Brazilian Slate from Oregon Tile - like this The stone used on that wall is Buff Gray Castle Rock.
