If we end up with needing to keep runs, I like the way they created a tray ceiling with LED on the left. I also like the wainscot on the left.

The way they opened that space up under the stairs is interesting. wine shelves, little desk, need to think about using this space depending on what we do with the other side.

Could we do this for the wet bar area in the wide and use the right cabinet as a false cabinet that is entry into the crawl space?

Don’t like anything about this ,but wanted to call out that I would either like a Video Wall (Planar panels) or a 100” TV

I don’t like the looks of this, but I do like the function. It is a Murphy bed that converts into a desk when the bed is up. This might be a good option for the TV room side of the basement.
