Efficient way to tuck bunks into small space. I like everyone has their own light. Ladders are efficient use of space. Built in area with place to charge your devices or put down your book is a great idea.

Windows behind beds look ok? But what issues? Bunkmates disagree? Window behind the stairs, just poorly planned? Like the drawers under the bottom bunk. Bottom bunk is larger than twin? Is cool if it is.

Top bunk looks easier to change sheets with this railing while still offering the safety. Bottom beds are kinda low? unless ceiling height is low, but does offer more space for bottom bunk. Windows are great here!!
