living space open to outdoor living area - not totally sure we would use it like this but we like the idea...I would like some covered outdoor space for cozy seating - not so much like this outdoor space!
just like a lot of their designs...

cozy sofa/tv area, built in shelves, wood storage under and to the side, area for hanging out/more seating, pool table
stairs as reminder to talk about connecting lower yard to upper area
