Outside
they have restored a meadow
Possible firm for the meadow
Charity mahonia for some additional hedge bushes
Succulents and gravel; no grass
No grass right next to the house. I do not want water from sprinklers hitting the house.
Texas mountain laurel. Love this tree!
We have a loropetalum bush in tthe back yard that has grown over 10 feet tall, is totally unfussy and gives gorgeous color in early spring. Perhaps these could be used in a hedge that separates us from the neighbors. I have also read that they are deer resistant.
Nice example of a house well integrated with the landscape
Great integration with nature
Nice combination of stone, gravel and native plants
Xeriscape front yard with privacy hedge
Rectangular pool
Tall green hedge to separate the lot from the neighboring ones (not necessarily these trees, but it would be nice to get this level of privacy)
Another idea of privacy hedge
Nice privacy hedge on the right
Nice pool
Rectangular pool
Nice pool
Love the nature path to the dining table under the tree
I would like to have a path to the creek bridge. Outside our property lines, it should be just a mowed down path. Where the path crosses the property line, it would be nice to have a small gate and perhaps a wall that transitions into a green hedge to separate both from the neighbors and to ensure some privacy from the people who walk the creek trail. The view from the creek bridge to our property is currently completely exposed.
Nice stone path
Another example of path to the creek, if we are allowed to build one through the meadow across the area outside our lot
Nice stone path
Love the groundcover in between the stones
I think this may be a Texas mountain laurel. I love these trees and I would love to have some incorporated in the landscape, assuming they would be suitable for the soil on our lot.
Nice garden path. If we can have low maintenance, low water perennials that can give us some color, that would be great.
Nice no turf lawn
Assuming the creeping fig wine is not fussy or needs too much water, I would not mind to have it on some of the pillars of the covered walkway to the ADU along with some flowering roses or native vines (or in any other areas, such as retaining or privacy walls)
love the combination of shapes and colors
Nice xeriscape with dry creek bed
Nice xeriscape with color
Another nice garden path
Pool with a view towards the meadow
Meadow landscape around the pool
Nice combination of ornamental grasses
I don't like the tipped urn but I love the stone path through the fescue grass
Nice meadow landscaping
It would be great if the developers would let us draw a path to the creek that would be surrounded by native meadow plants
I love irregular stone paths with groundcover between them
If we have a covered path from the ADU to the house, it would be great to have some hardy climbing roses next to it.
I would like a small herb garden where I can grow rosemary, sage, thyme and chives
nice drought tolerant perenial garden
A hardscape area at the edge of the property where we can put a table with chairs under a tree
